Poor service and the hotel needed to be updated. I called the hotel to tell them my flight was coming in around midnight after a long day of travel and they never mentioned their shuttle didn’t run after 11 pm. So I waited and then eventually called the hotel only to take a cab

The staff working at front desk is very efficient and professional. The room is much better than expected form the impression at entrance. At the time of staying there, the office area near entrance seemed needing updating.

Well I spent less then 5 min in the room because when I walked in the room I noticed a bug crawling across the bed. Took me a second to realize I was seeing a bed bug. Aside from that the room smelled like chemicals and the bed was rumpled and looked old and saggy. Never ever

Hi Vipul, Yes! You are able to get a free airport shuttle to and from the hotel. At the airport after you arrive, you can approach one of those "green vest" staff members to guide you where you can meet the shuttle. Shuttle service from the hotel is available daily from 5am-11pm and usually is best to contact the hotel to ensure you and those accompanying you to confirm this. The great benefit staying at this location is you're within 8-15 minutes from the hotel depending on traffic conditions.

The best description of the aiport's shuttle stop is, it's in the basement because that's the way it feels when you finally find the dingy little space below the domestic terminal level. There is a free phone just inside the door where you can dial one of the listed hotels on the adjacent directory. The desk can give you a approximate time of arrival for the next shuttle or initiate it if it is currently idle. If you decide not call you need to be alert to see them coming and quick to hail them down because if there is congestion, which is a frequent occurrence, the shuttles just pause briefly then move on.

Is smoking allowed on the balconies?
No idea as I don't smoke, but can't remember having seen any balconies... They have a roof in front of the main entrance but I don't think you're allowed to smoke there as I've seen a sign at the hotel and even at the Irish pub opposite that you are only allowed to smoke in a certain distance to the building.
