I booked through hotwire and was under the impression i had booked a pet friendly room...but upon arrival.i had not! Bing, the gentleman at the front, went out of his way to find a way to accomodate my dog and I. Even at check out the lady was really friendly....awesome price and staff! I will return :)

This place was a nice surprise for a last minute trip. The service was great and consistent. Something you won't always find a 5 star hotel. It is 2 star but it worked out for us. Having the breakfast was an extra bonus. We would for sure consider them again. Thank you

My wife and I spent two nights in August 2016. It's well located if you don't neeed to be in downtown Vancouver. Good location near Lions Gate Bridge, plenty of nearby dining and shopping. Good facility, good rom and bed. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.

While advertised as a hotel, the North Vancouver Hotel is more properly a motel and should be shown as that...My executive suite was spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet given its location at street level...The furnishings are mis-matched and not very contemporary but the king size bed was very comfortable...All in all, I was satisfied with the price and the value received...

This is a nice, centrally located hotel that offers easy access to some of Vancouver's most popular sites. The morning breakfast is very good, and offers a wide range of food, including fresh fruit. The reason I did not give it a five-star rating is because of it's proximity to a busy street that includes trucks going by. But unless...

I stayed at this property during a short visit to North Vancouver. When we booked the room, it was advertised as a hotel and I did not bother to inquire further. It turned out to be a motel, which is not my preferred venue for travel. That said, the room was clean and spacious, albeit unimaginative. It was a one...

This place offered great value in mid October. Rooms are spacious and clean. We were able to do our laundry and the staff was helpful with detergent and change for the machines. Rooms are equipped with standard amenities such as coffee, TV and cable, iron and ironing board etc. The hotel is located close to the suspension bridge and grouse...

Booked into this hotel because it was close to ferries. Before arrival we received a phone call from the hotel saying that we had been upgraded to a suite. The suite was spacious and clean, but was the nearest room to a very busy road. The traffic noise was very disturbing and the closed windows appeared to do nothing to...

I'm a professional cleaner and this place does not get dusted regularly. Quick job definitely. Would not stay here again seeing how there's 6 other hotels right there. Food was sub par. Vending machine was broken. Walls are paper thin. Blanket set up is dumb. No extra blankets in room. Shower made squealing noise. Hotel is painted red. Free coffee...

Breakfast was very good, best I had among the 4/5 I had during my trip. Kitchen staff was very efficient. Hotel included most things I needed, wifi, breakfast, central location (it's near downtown, Stanley Park, Capilano, Sea-to-Sky Highway). Prior to arrival, I emailed and used the online chat but got no response but service was fine upon arrival. So, a...
