Last week or so me and my husband were at this hotel for a family holiday and hated the check in system. They only have one staff on the counter at one time to deal with a line up and apparently they had a supervisor sitting in the back who was TOO BUSY apparently to come at the front and...

Disabled and treated horribly. never stay here again, will re-evaluate my relationship with Coast. Not nice being wrongly accused. Maybe a big co-incidence, but still not acceptable. Now I am at a loss.

So the staff are nice, the lobby is nice, the rooms are nice, bed is comfy ... but if your room is on the back lane - beware ! It is VERY noisy.. challenging to open the window for air because there are garbage trucks out nightly - BANGING while they pick up their loads... seems to go on for...

Can have a relaxing evening with-out thinking of drinking and driving. Also the food is good. We often stay over on the spur of the moment, as we both say shall we have a little flutter. If one of us is on a winning streak we may decide to stay over. If not we will drive home.

Enjoyed it overall. Room was basic but very clean and comfy. Minimal noise. Very friendly staff. Only real negative was very poor Wifi at times, even when sitting in lobby it wouldn't work yesterday morning. Considering is a convention hotel expected better level than that. Also I felt $3.50 charge for bottled water in room rather cheesy. Never used it....

Several members of my immediate and extended family stayed at this hotel over the recent Easter Wekend. We all attended a family wedding at the nearby Newlands Golf and Country Club ( 5 minutes away by car). This hotel is centrally located in Langley. There are many restaurants and shopping facilities (the Willowbrook Mall) close by. The hotel was clean...

This is not a five star hotel, but always pleasant staff & clean, comfortable rooms - I have no real complaints at all. Prices are pretty good too. Beds are comfortable. It's a little noisy with buses and traffic when in a room facing the front, but I've had worse. This is the place we stay all the time when...

I've always enjoyed the Cascades Casino. The entertainment on the weekends is first class. They always get great bands. Mary is always been family at the front desk when I book. Will recommend to others and will always go back.

Well located. Enjoyed the casino! Rooms very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds! I was impressed with the high security. I like the fact that your room key operates the elevator. I felt very safe here. Great staff!

“The hotel services book says there are beverage machines on the floors but when I stopped at the front desk and asked what they took for money, I was told there are none in the hotel and to go on the casino floor and look for the beverage cart! I never did look for the machines so based on that, if you want a beverage for your room, pack it! ”
