My family had to stay here for one night before we flew home to the UK. Check in was easy and the person at the front of house was nice and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean and warm, for what we paid for 3 of us it's well worth it. Would stay again when visiting Canmore.

The ukrainian lady at the front desk is the gem of the hotel! The most charming and beautiful woman i have ever met . I Would definitely stay there again. A decent budget hotel . Has been renovated recently and has a hot tub now

If you have stayed in this hotel when the previous owners ran this place you should give it another try. This place took a total turn for the better. The rooms are renovated and clean and the prices are very affordable! Its a basic hotel so don't expect anything 5 star. Upon check-in we arrived early because we have small...

I had booked for my son and I to go for a New Years weekend. We had a friend join us and all three easily had plenty of room in the 2 bedroom cabin. Very rustic and had all the basics you needed. The furnace was loud, but what can you expect with a forced air furnace in a cabin....

The room was clean and would be ok for a quick overnight stop. Beds are very hard and sheets rough. Blankets very worn. This is an old hotel with an impressive lobby but the rooms are in desperate need of updating. There are no extras. Very very basic. Toiletries and that's it. No blow dryers. Kitchenette but I wouldn't have...

Note: there is a train that runs through Canmore several times a night. Most of the hotels are along the train tracks so either bring ear plugs or know that this may wake you up (this hotel is on the other side of the road from the tracks so the noise is not as loud but may still be an...

Much better than expected especially after reading so many bad reviews. The rooms we stayed in were newly renovated and definitely worth the price. Modern design and clean. Highly recommend and would come again.

We opted to stay here in Canmore on our way to Banff as everything was booked or overpriced in Banff. The hotel clerk was a nice australian guy who was very accommodating with my request of a kitchenette after realizing my room didnt have one. Pros: Rooms were clean. Bedding was a bit ugly but alright. Nice kitchenette cabinets. Affordable....

We stayed for 7 days and visited Banff, Jasper,Kakanaski, and used RundleMountainLodge Canmore as our base camp. The rooms, toilets are very clean. They changed our towels and clean our rooms everyday. The room has 2 masterbed, the kitchen has baking oven, microwave oven, spoons, forks, plates, bowls, washing liquid, hand towel, scorching pads etc. Well equipped . Price is...

We were on the road to Kelowna BC and got tied up in Calgary due to attending my dear mother's funeral. It was getting pretty late and I didn't want to drive in the dark through the mountains as we were both exhausted, so my wife got on her I-phone and quickly booked a room at this motel for the...
