Rooms have everything you need. Super friendly staff. Nice cozy rooms! We were only planning on staying one night but decided to extend our stay because we were so happy with the room. Doesn't feel like a hotel at all. Feels like your own personal cabin.

If you don't need frills, are looking for an inexpensive place and a great location with great service- look no further! Next door is the best pub in town with great food. We were so happy with the Bow Valley Motel and will definitely come back if we're ever in the area!

We weren't expecting much for the price we paid but were pleasently surprised when we arrived. Staff were very friendly upon our arrival and the room was clean, spacious and cozy. We stayed three nights for a skiing trip and really enjoyed the location. In the middle of main street, it was perfect walking distance to many local restaurants, a...

While waiting for a weekend booking at a condo we decided to "slum it" and book into the Bow Valley Motel. Joke was on us! This little gem is the perfect rustic retreat. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The bathroom had all the amenities including a heated floor. There was a fridge and coffee maker with all the...

this was a great place to stay for visiting Banff, lake Louise, Emerald Lake and then be able to jump on the highway to get out of town. I am glad that we chose to stay in Canmore - Banff was a zoo with all the people much to hectic for my taste

Very cordial reception desk. Both times we arrived early and our room was available. Rooms are very well maintained and cleaned. When our hot water did not work, they sent someone to our room to fix it immediately. Something funny. When I checked in, the receptionist told me that they sometimes get complaints for not having breakfast. A couple nights...

I can't say enough good things about the Bow Valley! We had a large room with a kitchen and had great views all around us. It was at the end of the main drive, yet was close to everything. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful! Anistashia, the manager helped me locate restaurants that had gluten free options and...

A clean, comfortable room with a kitchenette at a reasonable price for the area. Very friendly, helpful management. Totally out of the mainstream of the big chain hotels. We stayed 3 nights and it was great. The only issue is parking - if you can find a spot you are quite likely to get door dings. The spots are exceedingly...
