Yes, a good bed, nice sheets and generally clean. But these guys just aren't trying very hard! Come on. Tattered woodwork, sloppy paint coverups in bathroom, not a single plastic lawn chair (we were there on hot September night) , not a flower, shrub or any ornamentation, loose 70's doorknobs and towel racks. Collapsed pool at back, just written off.... More

Very friendly, accommodating staff. There was a problem with the air conditioner in my room. A different, larger room was immediately offered to me at no extra charge. Rooms were a very good size. Beds were clean and comfortable. I would certainly stay there again. Margaret McT

Good simple and clean motel. Close to everything you need in and around Kincardine. Good sized rooms, nice area around it as well. Not super fancy, but gets the job done! We stay here every year for the highland games and enjoy it every time.

Upon entering the office we noticed a fishy smell, probably from cooking. No lights were on and it was hot. As well, no one was at the desk and we had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to check us in. The room itself is in desperate need of an overall renovation. The carpet was dirty, the tub... The Knights Inn franchise should be embarrassed to have their name on this location. I knew going in that it wasn't a 5 star, however it doesn't deserve the 1 star on my review. Mold, grease and filthy carpets to start. I have seen better furniture at yard sales. I could go on, but not with my time.
