We had booked this room based on reviews. Arrived after a long drive from Golden to Lake Louise to Jasper. The hotel is a bit dated but everything was clean including the furniture, linens, walls and bathroom. I asked about places to eat and they recommended Caribou Grill which was quite good. Friendly staff. Pretty little town with several hotels... More

Family owned motel, very cozy and comfortable. Room was very clean and the bed was amazing. We had a great sleep the areas is very quiet. They provide continental breakfast which was simple but very good. Great waffles!!! would definitely stop by again on our next trip to the Rockies.

Arrived late in the evening & reception quickly checked us in. Nice guy recommended a few places to eat too which was good. Clean room, big bed & no real noise from other rooms. Train can be heard at the crossing but it's the same wherever you stay here. Enjoy :)

Our room was large and comfortable, although a little dated in places. The wifi was very slow, but good enough to read the news etc. Breakfast was included, but very basic. There are plenty of eating options within walking distance. The hot tub was closed for maintenance, which was a real shame. A note to the owners, please stop using... More

Slow check-in, but for a good reason: the person at the front desk was calling the other hotels in town to find a room (and a reasonably priced one, at that) for another couple who'd showed up without a booking. Our room was pretty worn around the edges, but the private little chalet-style balcony facing the forest and mountains was... More

We spent two nights here. Comfortable and quiet-far enough from the highway to dull the sound. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was acceptable and we enjoyed our stay. There was a nice deck from which to watch the Persiads, although we did walk out where it was a bit darker. It was within walking distance of restaurants and the grocery store.... More

We had a reservation here for one night after spending the prior night in Banff. By comparison there is no comparison. Room was nice, bed very comfortable even though we had reservations for a King bed but got a queen instead. The room was so spacious we took it. However as they say, the 'devil is in the details' and... More

Super nice people were at the front desk, and the breakfast room. Our room was huge, with good bed and linens, and very clean. Loved the coffee pot, and wrapped disposable cups etc. There is nice hot tub room. The area had a very safe feel. Paid more than we would normally, but good value for this area.

Enjoyed our stay. Thank-you so much for everything. Friendly Owners add a personal touch. When I called to advise that we would be in late I THEN remembered that I failed to mention our dog. (New dog owner) They did everything to accommodate us at short notice. That was pretty impressive.
