Lady at desk (owner I think) was very nice and upgraded us to a kitchen suite for no additional charge. In the kitchen suite were a bar fridge, microwave stove, sink, Keurig coffee make, dishes. The TV is a CRT – haven’t seen one of those for years - but it worked OK. WiFi is free and worked well. There...

The lady at front desk extremely friendly and courteous. The room however was extremely dirty. I don't think the room had been vacuumed in a very long time! Evidence of crumbs and things all over. Found hair in bathroom sink. Only there for one night passing through. a good clean and it would have been a nice room

I stayed here for one night. The price wasn't great but it was alright for a quick place to sleep. Pros: -The room was fairly quiet as it was in the rear portion of the hotel so highway and rail noise was blocked by the main building. Cons: -The room was run down. -The carpet was really grubby. -The bathtub...

Surrounded by $250 a night anti pet chain hotels, this place was amazing!! The folks running the front desk went out of their way to accommodate us and our needs/wants. They even upgraded our one room for free just cause we couldn't see our truck from the room they originally gave us. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and I...

I don't know what type of person thought this hotel was good. Yes I am fussy and thought I could take a motel room as we were getting to town late and up early. Nope should have known better. This was the worst hotel on the face of the earth. It was so old we thought we were in the...

Stayed here for 5 nights during a ski trip. For a older motel they keep this place very clean. It's a much better option than other budget hotels in the area. No hot tub or pool but they give you a free pass to the revelstoke aquatic center which is pretty cool. Pretty good value for this town.

We only stayed here because of availability. We didn't expect it to be comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Free wifi worked great. Satalite tv. Our double bed room had a fridge and microwave in it. So if you are looking to rough it for a few days, it's very doable. They also gave us passes...

I was traveling on business from Calgary and it was late, I looked for rates and they were the most reasonable compared to the chains that are there. I was not looking for a 4 star hotel and I did not want a dirty room, I was greeted with a smile by the young lady and she went through my...

We arrived and were greeted by the most unfriendly older lady who was very rude and obnoxious. During the check in she told us if we wanted to look at the room first she would cancel our reservation and still take the money. It was late so we just took the room, it was older, the TV was small, but...

Warning this property is very old and run down, rooms are 12 feet wide, barely 2 feet on either side of double bed. Musty smell, long black hair all over the bathroom, tub porcelain was cracked and carpets were very old and soiled. Very overpriced!! We would have immediately left but management refused refund.
