I have received an inappropriate and not so pleasant content of an email. This is due to schedule change of my flight and it was fully communicated. Not a good way to treat a first timer guest and I got the email the time that I was already checked in the hotel.

I am unaware of any inappropriate email we would have sent to a guest. We do send a pre- arrival email , but it only contains valuable information. I am unable to track any communication we would have initiated that would be in any way disrespectful. I can only encourage you to contact us with the details of your allegations.

The Cube is part hostel part hotel. Shared showers and kitchen with sink and toilet in your private room. Modest, but comfortable and clean, good place to meet other travelers. There were a few families when I stayed so I assume there are some larger rooms, my single room was small but acceptable.

The cube was the perfect spot for our weekend ski trip. We like to stay in small, common-space establishments and the Cube was a perfect blend. Private rooms and bathroom allowed you the privacy when you needed, but the communal kitchen area for breakfast was great for meeting other skiers from truly around the world was really nice. We met...
