We didn't know what to expect in Golden or at the first B&B we have stayed at. Both experiences were first rate. Auberge Kicking Horse is clean, hospitable, and friendly. The host was very helpful with local and regional information including suggesting a quick trip to the Kicking Horse gondola before it closed for the day. She also recommended getting...

This is a very good B&B with a very good host and a very good breakfast. It's up the hill from several decent local spots for dinner, but worth the walk -even back up the hill. Overall, a very good B&B on the edge of the Rockies.

We had only one night at Auberge Kicking Horse, passing through on our way to BC's Okanagan valley. This B&B is in a good location in a beautiful residential area minutes from the highway and amenities of Golden. Our en-suited room was ready well ahead of check in time and extremely clean and well equipped. We were concerned at first...

We were guests for three nights in July. The food each morning was creative and delicious. Our room was fine although much smaller than expected. Marie-France was a wonderful resource for activities, hikes and restaurants in the area.

A very good place to stay, good breakfast (everyday something different), the host is helpful and kind. Kitchen and rooms are at thee main floor, a fridge in the garage is available for customers. On the deck in the backyard there is a jacuzzi for customers to use. Nice fornitures. We'll be back again.

This is a three bedroom B&B which is owner run and occupied. All three bedrooms have ensuites and two have queen size beds and one has a king that can become two single beds. Breakfasts are quite good and include a hot egg dish and the usual granola, yogurt and fresh fruit salad. It is a single story bungalow and...

Great B&B to stay at in Golden. Quiet and clean but room was a little small but ok. Marie-France made you feel right at home, was always friendly, helpful and able to answer our questions. Her breakfasts were good too. I would recommend this B&B

We used the Auberge as our base for trips to Banff, Lake Louise, and Yoho National Park. Room and washroom were clean and organized. Marie-France was a very generous and friendly host. Breakfast was just awesome! Genuinely happy with our stay and will definitely be back!

We booked this as it looked quaint, we usually stay in hotels so a new experience for us. The hot tub was nice and plenty of towels available. Lovely lady who looked after us. On the whole we found the room very small, the shower didn't run very well, and the breakfast wasn't really what we are used to. We...

Dear Guest, I am very sorry hear, your first experience in a B&B lacked success My rooms are small, I agree. However If you would have made me aware of the shower problem I could have helped you. This is the first I hear something wrong with the shower. Perhaps a hotel stay is more fitting for your travels. Marie-France
