This is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are a little date, but I consider that part of the charm and never bothers me. I often select hotels because they haven't updated to the most modern of furniture and things, as long as they are clean. The staff here were very friendly. We booked the room through a third-party... More

We had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and great location. Staff very helpful. Yes the rooms are dated but they are clean and have new carpeting and are updating the decor. We will definitely go back again.

We had a room with one queen bed. It was clean, though horribly dated in terms of the furniture, flooring, tile, etc. That said, it was half the price of anything else available in town at that time of the year, and all we waned to do was sleep there. The cable worked, the wifi worked, the shower was hot,... More

My daughter and I decided to take a spur of the moment weekend trip to Drumheller. We needed something low budget. So we picked Badlands Motel. Let me start by saying that if you require swank accommodations to be happy don't book here. You will do nothing but complain. We needed a place to sleep that's all. The motel is... More

Stayed at motel on weekend. Not fancy but for for price worth the stay. It is dated, however clean bed and hot shower was good enough for us. Front desk very accommodating from giving us bottle opener to spare key when we locked ourselves out 😁😂 Whifs (restaurant on site) amazing breakfast, with great prices and super service 🍳 Will... Badlands Motel is definitely dated however it was more than adequate. Bathroom had been updated and was clean although they are a little skimpy on the towels - 2 regular sized, not bath sheets. Bed and bedding was fine. The carpet was old and stained however the room was clean and no funky smells. We were traveling with a dog... More

My family and I were pleasantly surprised to see the size and cleanliness of our room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and they even supplied us with a book describing the many things to see and do while we were there. We will definitely be staying there on our trip to Drumheller next year.

We checked in on a hot day....The air conditioner was not turned on nor did it have much cool air coming out of it. The room was clean although carpets were stretched and loose thoughout. The bed was comfortable and we found it to be clean with a kitchenette that accommodated our needs. The restaurant had great food, affordable and... More

Great budget Motel with excellent staff who made us feel very welcome. They even produced a hairdryer when I ventured out with wet hair! They couldn't have done more. Rooms were spacious with cooking facilities. The only downside was the loud fridge. Motel's location was perfect for exploring Drumheller and a short drive from the Royal Tyrell Museum which was... Our room was disgustingly hot when we arrived at 10pm. I would have expected that the air conditioning would have been turned on ahead of time, but no. The only windows that opened were in the bathroom and the one bedroom, but the part that opened was a weird wooden flap under the window that opened to a filthy, disgusting... More
