we spent three days here, stayed in a deluxe room in the main building. value for money was great despite the high price (290 euro per night). if you want high end dinner, we thought cabro dor was better. location is amazing. highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed at l"oustea for 3 nights. The location is outstanding. The hotel staff were so helpful and kind, contrary to previous reviews.I suggest it is better to go in the first week of Oct where you get better service. Our room was great and to be able to look out onto the medieval village of Les Baux is a real...

This hotel has so much going for it -- beautiful grounds, a first-rate spa, two magnificent and different Michelin-star restaurants, and a high level of attentive service throughout. It's a perfect setting to explore Les Baux and its old chateaux. Perhaps that's why we were surprised to find our top category hotel suite (at 595 Euros per night) in disrepair....

We stayed in the annexe a very long way from the main hotel and at night driving back from dinner I got lost ! The room which was very pricey was noisy due to an old air conditioning unit rattling all night. The terrace with the room was a small dingy area off the room on the 1st floor. Dinner the...

When we arrived, our first room for EUR 350, was dark, ugly and smelled. We were told that we were in a newly refurbished room. We asked to be moved and they increased our rate to EUR 380. (We were told this was a special deal we were given because we were frequent users of R&C Properties.) The second room...

We thank heaven that we had a very nice sunny room with two beautiful garden exposures, and a large patio, because our room was truely the high point of our experience at La Cabro d'Or. BTW we were shown 4 or 5 different rooms first, but they were all dark and uninviting so be aware of this when you book...

The hotel is in an old chateau with each room individually furnished with very nice items. Beautiful bathrooms with deep tubs. Some complaints: Lights in hallways are on timers not motion switches so in the evening you they trun off automatically and you have to search for a switch to turn them on. When we arrived we were one of...

Unlike some of the other reviewers, we really enjoyed our stay here and we can be quite critical if a hotel or restaurant does not provide good value. Our room was lovely and the food was delicious. It certainly lived up to its one Michelin star rating. The staff were hospitable, knowledgeable and very professional, up to French standards. We...

I started trying to write a detailed review, but realized there were so, so many good things I wanted to say I don't even know where to begin. I will simply say this was an experience of a lifetime. My wife and I are perfectly happy to revisit Les Baux (flying from Hong Kong to France) _just_ to stay at...
