We first stayed here several times for dog events. The hotel is simple and comfortable, nothing fancy, and we quite like the charm of it. Pull up to your room, our dogs were welcomed, the rooms are basic/comfortable. Outside you have big comfy Muskoka chairs perfect for sitting with friends and enjoying a beverage. The grounds are lovely, there is...

Charged 3-4 times the value of the room we received. The room was decrepit, but clean. This is a road motel, and it should charge accordingly. Claims best breakfast in town. Not true; it was mediocre and average. One staff member super rude. McDonald is probably better.

Love this motel, hotel, very, very clean and tidy, not too outdated, modern in some ways rustic in others. Had a nice little fridge in the room, plenty of room for 2 big people and lots of work space at the desk for laptop etc. Directly across from the pool, gorgeous , big pool, absolutely stunning and peaceful! Beds were double,...

The motel needs serious updating. The bathroom was dirty , caulking around tub was disgusting, a towel was still left over the shower from previous guests, same piece of bathroom tissue was still there after 3 days. The king bed looked as though the sheets had not been changed as a check out because we found some sand/ black flecks when...

The new owners seem ambitious with plans for the facility. But she's a real "fix me upper". Water damage from leaking roofs in every part of the hotel we saw, including our room. Smell of mildew from the past leaks is everywhere. Good luck with your new business!

Large room was nice. Staff were helpful when we needed a new shower head. OUrs was clogged. Staf arrived quickly and made the change. Also helped with TV issue. Large outdoor concrete pool great for kids of all ages. Good location in this area. Not far from waterfront and Thousand Island Playhouse - but would need a car or bike...

We booked over the phone from St.Catharine so just didn't know what we are going to get July 18-2016 but it was way more than what we had expected. 2 motorcycles, 4 people, room 402 what perfectly clean. Mackey made sure that we had everything we needed. Is it nice to be able to park directly in front of the...

We had a room facing the big pool (106) it was a good size room with vaulted cedar ceilings and colonial cedar furniture, queen size bed, sitting area, a closet and a half decent size bathroom, housekeeping kept our room and bathroom spotless, the only glitch to an otherwise fantastic stay was poor WiFi reception in the room Mackey the...

I gatta say one of the highlights of this trip was Ramada Inn. ... with great service and when I say great service it means the kind of service of people smiling while they serve you... great energy and beautiful place! The Ramada is super central and even offers delish breakfast! I think I got my point across... SUPER recommended...

The Ramada was a very nice surprise, it was all on one level and the property is very large. The room was very rustic looking and everything was very neat and clean. You park right outside of your room, which worked well when it was pouring rain the next morning. The staff were very helpful and the price was great....
