Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A mistake has been made on the reservation via Expedia and the hotel charge the room twice but they refuse to reimburse. Very poor custumer service. I try to find a solution with the management but they kept their position. The hotel was empty that night... They don't loose anything.

We loved this hotel. The room was immaculate, spacious, modern, nicely furnished and had a pristine bathroom. Staff was friendly, check-in was fast. The hot breakfast was handy when we had a lot of activiities planned for our 4 day stay and easily kept hunger at bay past lunch. Levis itself is very pretty down by the river and it was easy and convenient to the ferry to hop on, go across and spend a day and evening walking around Old Town Quebec. The hotel was in a good location right off the highway and had restautants, shopping and conveniences nearby. Would definitely stay at this hogel again.

Pros: Polite staff at the reception Cons: Had the unfortunate luck of ending up with a top floor room under which passes the building’s ventilation/air conditioner system. About an hour after checking into the room the system kicked in and the humming and vibration became very noticeable despite the screaming from the pool downstairs. I made a request to change rooms however I would have to foot the cost for changing rooms. When I requested to speak with the manager, I was told the manager doesn’t work on weekends and to contact her on the following Monday, when I would no longer be there. So basically, don’t expect to have any issues resolved if you’re staying during a weekend. As well, they are unable to accommodate the guests with the necessary amount of food for breakfast. Many arrived in the dining room, behind a lineup of guests, waiting to see if there would be refills. Most just turned around and left. At this price, there are definitely better places.

Looks wonderful. The building is beautiful and the staff very friendly. All so helpful, and bilingual. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was made of cement. The shower was not easily accessible for the mobility impaired. The indoor pool, sauna & whirlpool looked lovely but there are no change rooms, so you had to go around the hotel in your swimwear (which we were not going to do) Plenty of parking.

Very clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurants are fairly close by. Our AC didn’t get the room very cold, but other than that, it was a great stay! We stayed in Levis and drove to the ferry to visit Quebec City and this place was perfect for that. Only a 8 minute drive to the ferry and plenty of parking there!

I stopped for a night at this hotel on my way to the Bas St-Laurent region. There are some pros and cons for this hotel: *PROS: *The price was not too high for that time of year *The room was very clean! I was impressed by the level of cleanliness in the room *Free breakfast with many choices *The staff is courteous and professional *CONS: *The air conditioning makes an incredible deafening sound! Even though, we were in the middle of a heat wave, I had to shut if off. Then, you can hear the sounds from the freeway next to the hotel. Let's just say that you need ear plugs if you want to get a good night's sleep when you are in a room facing the 20. *The rooms, let's just say the decoration is minimal. There aren't even 2 lamps on each side of the bed but only one. The stucco walls are very dated but like I said, it is very clean. I would probably try another hotel if I went back to Lévis but it was okay for the price I paid.

Stopped here on our way to and from Iles de la Madeleine. Great location with lots of restaurants in walking distance. The staff is very friendly, rooms very clean. The breakfast is decent and the lady attending to things kept the area very clean and well stocked.

Our room was very clean and well stocked. Proximity to highway was not a problem. However, the breakfast which was included in the price was just terrible. Many tables had not been cleared and wiped clean. Food stations were messy, with crumbs and dropped food all over the counters. We had to wait some time for a refill of fresh scrambled eggs, which were so awful that I left mine behind. Frozen hash browns were barely warm and dry and sausages were greasy and fatty. They did however have some decent prepackaged, half size croissants and tiny apple pastries. Coffee and orange juice were fine. Having travelled a great deal throughout Quebec and the Maritimes, staying at many similar hotels which now seem routinely to include a hot breakfast, this was by far the worst.

This is a very clean, quiet, and relaxing place. Don't let the location beside the highway fool you into thinking it will be loud because it isn't. Very nice pool, hot tub, and sauna, especially for those traveling through. Definitely will stay here again when I am traveling through the area.
