We love using the Kiwi Cove Lodge for our Intercultural Retreats and Workshops. The rooms are great with multiple bed options and a cabin. The catering always yields exceptional reviews from our participants and the location is stunning! Peggy and Doug and their team always go above and beyond for our groups! We will definitely be re-booking in the near future.

Rented the cabin as we had a fairly large group(8 people) Property was beautiful and close to the ocean, but the cabin itself was very dated, old furniture, old smelling, and strangest of all had a garage in the middle with a huge old broken boat half out of it. Was a huge eye sore. Thet have a bbq to...

From the name I expected a pretty nice boutique hotel and was disappointed when we drove up. The motel itself looked like an giant 1980's house. Our room was on the second floor, facing the parking lot and small. Furniture was a hodge podge of styles. We were told that if we were cold use the small space heater in...

The Kiwi Cove Lodge is set in a beautiful pastoral environment overlooking the verdant kiwi orchard, lovely gardens and the distant inlet waters and mountains beyond - a very peaceful and restful setting. We appreciated how clean everything was and how welcoming the owners made us feel. A delicious breakfast was served in the dining room which was most appreciated....

We enjoyed our stay in Ladysmith at Kiwi Cove Lodge. Good breakfast, nice amenities, lovely hosts, and close to town. View from the room was nice at sunset. Outdoor seating in the orchard to enjoy a glass of local wine or beer.

Beautiful property; nice big rooms and well situated to Chemainus, Duncan and lots of water. Just happened across the lodge when needed a room, but really wished I'd had a day to take it all in and relax. (Breakfast adequate. Nice spread - but quality not quite there.)

Kiwi Cove Lodge sits on a large lovely piece of property that was perfect for a morning walk before breakfast. Our room was attractive, quite large and had a balcony overlooking the kiwi grove. Service was friendly, everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a delight beginning with a variety of fresh fruits and homemade applesauce, and ending with the standard...

It was very relaxing. Breakfast was bland (scrambled eggs, ham, toast, hashbrowns).kiwi jam was great with toast. The kiwi vines were impressive.I have never seen such a thing. Rooms were clean and neat. The staff person was friendly and informative.

This place was an unexpected surprise after booking last minute for a Saturday night on the way back from a stay up island. I expected a rundown roadhouse, and instead got a spotless, spacious place of beauty and thoughtful attention to each nuance. Traveling with a friend, we booked a suite for 3. Our corner room had a view of...

Seven cycling friends and I spent a night at Kiwi Cove Lodge on the recommendation of one of our group who had stayed there previously and we were very pleased with all aspects of our stay - large rooms, a pleasant patio for "happy hour", very peaceful surroundings. Peggy, the owner, prepared a very tasty Mexican buffet dinner and morning...
