This is our third stay and this hotel, its proximity to the airport is great particularly if arriving on an evening flight. Caroline is charming and speaks excellent English, she books us into the restaurant in Grenay for dinner which is walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast is fresh with homemade jams. We will be back again next year.

We booked this property due to its proximity to the airport as we wanted to avoid a big hotel chain accommodations. Indeed it was different. We arrived just before midnight and the taxi driver could hardly find the place as the sign is in a stamp size, the place is sorounded with big walls and total darkness was all around.... More

This was a pleasant place to spend one evening. We had an early flight out of Lyon's airport, and this hotel is very close to it, much more convenient than staying in Lyon and making the long drive out. The hotel is large and feels pretty empty; like another reviewer says, it is sparsely decorated in the main rooms. The... More

Based on the great reviews that we had read about this B&B, we were disappointed. We found the house itself to be sparsely decorated and unwelcoming and the property large but ordinary. The room (Rosa Jane) was adequate with a nice shower but not above what we would consider to be a very basic room. The only window is a... More

It was a lovely experience! When our GPS couldnt find our next place to stay, we were kindly guided by our hostess. She welcomed us warmly, suggested the restaurant in the village. The house is beautifull Outside and Inside. Very well decorated, not overdone. A kind gesture to make tea when we came back from the restaurant and introducing us... More

We 3 friends arrived on a Thursday night to rest before our drive to Avignon the following morning. We were later than we had expected from the airport due to a flight delay, but our hostess was lovely, friendly and showed us everything in our huge room before heading to bed herself! Breakfast the next morning was divine, with lovely... More

When flying to Lyon we recommend this charming and hospitable B and B with two spacious bedrooms, both with private bathroom and terrace. Our hostess was friendly and helpful. We ate a good, healthy breakfast in the large salon open to guests on the ground floor. The house is restored with excellent taste. I loved the many windows, high ceilings,... More

Fabulous place. Please stay here if you want to stay in a lovely restored home in an easy village with an excellent restaurant. The owners are lovely and wonderfully accomodating. After a tiring day of traveling via three trains from Italy to France, we were delighted to find that the B&B we had booked via Booking.Com was much, much more than we expected. Our room was large and comfortable, as was the adjoining bath. Our room included a lovely patio that looked out on a quiet well manicured garden space.... More
