Very accommodating friendly place. Handy little kitchenettes in basic rooms. Quiet location. Great pool and hot tub. Housekeeping service could use a little work but very clean. Would stay there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. They will rip you off. We booked by phone a couple of weeks in advance (for 4 people). We all checked in together, yet they still couldn't figure out that we would need 4 robes in our room, or extra coffee. I think they put us in a "pet room" because it smelled of wet dog....

A strong recommendation from a good friend caused us to chose the Pemberton Valley Lodge rather than commute back and forth from Whistler. We are so glad we made the choice. This is simply a great place. It is architecturally pleasing; very nicely decorated with several different suite options from which to chose. David, the owner and general manager along...

I have stayed in both the studio room and the one bedroom and I can say that the one bedroom is worth the additional cost, lots more room, fireplace, couch and chair for lounging as well as a dining table that seats 4. Well equipped kitchen and full size fridge in the 1 bedroom. Kitchenette in the studio. Beautiful location,...

The lodge is beautiful, great place for families..our only complaint was we didn't get maid service, no clean towels, pillows were like small foam chips, very uncomfortable. It was clean.. Overall for 2nights fine. We did mention no maid service they didn't seem that interested, mmmm ..

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite (2 bedrooms are available) and it was a great stay. My suite had a very nicely outfitted kitchen with granite countertops and newer wood cabinets. The carpet and tile were also new looking and very handsome. There is an electric "fireplace" that gives you some mountain ambience and also a small balcony veranda to...

Wonderful welcome as soon as you enter. We travel with two dogs and this place welcomed them with food bowls, a huge pillow, a gift bag and info brochures. All for 45 dollars for our entire stay. As pet people we have received many different reactions regardless of the pet policy in place but this was by far the warmest...

Byfar the worst hotel I have had the displeasure of staying at, and being a frequent customer who stays here every single week, I truly see this place more than most. This place masks itself with a great location and good look to the hotel with a nice pool and hot tub, but the staff is extremely unprofessional and you...

We spent a weekend enjoying the Pemberton Valley with the Slow Food Ride and Araxi Longtable. Both were amazing events!!! We decide to try the PVL. Most of us in our party are in the tourism industry and all commented on how impressed we were with the lodge. First - A shout out to Aurora who was at the front...

My husband and I arrived in Pemberton after riding over 9 hours and 660km on motorcycle, and knowing we would not make it to the last ferry home to Vancouver Island. We stopped in at the Lodge with a hope we could stay for one night and that one night being a Friday in August, high season. Ashley, our wonderful...
