This was a very long awaited trip (24 years) that was to be a special treat for my husband and I. I have to admit, the marketing sold me on this property and I actually cried when I saw it. Extremely over priced, run down and musty smelling. No WiFi or phone in room. I was embarrassed to show my...

This place cost us $173 a night and it has no wifi, no phone, and no soap. For the price, it is most definitely a horrible deal. The rooms are big and they have TVs, but the lack of wifi truly makes this a bad place to stay for the price. Find something cheaper. Not impressed.

After a particularly stressful year that has involved a 6 month recovery from a serious car accident, my wife and I decided to load up our two young children and head to long beach for the weekend. Being that we're on a very limited budget, this trip was money we couldn't afford to spend, but at the same time, we...

The hotel had just had a management change and so things were chaotic( the management not knowing the workings of their own hotel) . But I feel it was overpriced for such a basic room ( no microwave, no hairdryer, no breakfast). That being said , the rooms had a rustic, old cabin charm to them, plus they overlooked the...

Have been staying and fishing at Cdn Princess for many years and have fished with many awesome captains and crew, this year seemed to be one of those years where the staff all pulled together and made everyones trips amazing. I have never seen so many stoked fishermen in one place before. Of course with lots of fish people are...

I've gone to the Canadian Princess resort 14 times. I began in 1982 and ended in 1997. During those years I always stayed in the condos on shore. Sometimes I booked so many friends I got a free trip. I've never been disappointed and found the fishing exceeds anything I found in Alaska for variety and ease of transport. I...

This place is dirty and not appealing. I made a mistake by staying here. Everything from the dining experience to the washrooms. Further, my uncle reserved two rooms at this lodge and then cancelled his reservation two days prior to his stay because of severe thunderstorm warnings and provincial weather alerts against the area. However, this place will not provide...

Can't believed that we stayed and ate. The restaurant is on an old ship. Yes it does move, so if motion bothers you this may not be for you. Heard that they had great soup, so we decided to try it despite the dirty condition. Yea, what were we thinking? We were seated downstairs at a small table. Very friendly...

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on your recent visit, I apologize that we did not live up to your expectations. Both of our dining establishments, which closed for the season on September 30th, are located aboard the permanently moored vessel the Canadian Princess. Although aged from her years at sea as the hydrographic survey ship,...
