A First Class experience from start to finish. We stayed at the Eagle Lodge and could not have been more comfortable. The food was five star, great wines and the staff was so very professional. Food and drink delivered to the boats and we all caught our limit. They arranged to have our fish filleted and shipped to our homes.... More

Imagine feeling at home in the wilderness. The lodge has every comfort of home but you add the personal attention of the staff and the food is excellent probably the best I've had outside of mom's cooking. The fishing guides are so kind and helpful and they know where to find fish. I did more catching than fishing.

We were a group of four guys from the UK who stayed in Eagle Lodge. We booked through Chromer, the pre-booking arrangements and details were flawless, the transfers from Vancouver to Masset and on via helicopter were seamless and relaxing. The lodge, hospitality (masterly delivered by Jess) food and drink were really top notch. You reasonably want for nothing, cocktails... More

I have loved going to Langara Island every other year for the past 6 years. They pay close attention to every detail, from reservations to fishing. They handle special requests and needs without making you feel like they are being put out.

We have stayed at the Langara Island Lodge many times. Each trip has been better than the last one. The scenery, the accommodations, the staff, the fishing, the wildlife, the cuisine and the guides are all exceptional. This is truly a trip of a life time. I tell my friends to bring a tooth brush, change of clothes, hat, sunscreen... More

The best fishing trip of my life guides and staff went over above any of my expectation. Had a very successful catch. I will be booking trips for many years to come. Lodging was five star and food and staff were exceptional.

My family and friends did a 5 day trip at LIL and could not have been more impressed with the accommodations, the staff, the food, the fishing and the overall atmosphere on the island. I hadn't had much experience fishing, but the encouragement and education from the guides had me hooked after day 1. It's a once in a lifetime... More

This is the 4th time I have made the trip as a guest of GE - has always been an outstanding trip. The staff is excellent, the facility (Chinook Lodge) is outstanding. The guides and boats are absolutely 1st class. The fishing was great and the scenery is amazing - even the 4th time up! On top of all that... More

Everything at Langara Island Lodge was perfect. The advance planning; the lodge staff; the facility; the meals and especially the fishing. We fished with "Bubba" and he was awesome. Prior to departing, I developed a food allergy, alerting the staff and I could not have for better alternative foods. On a scale of one to ten with ten being the... More
