Our stay at this B&B was very pleasant. It was old but everything was clean. The beds were comfy and we had a whole private wing to the house. The street was a bit noisy. But they thought of everything. A microwave and fridge in the room and even a TV room with lots of movies to watch. Plus they...

The web site suggests that this is not bijou or boutique and that is completely correct. If they had suggested that it was run down and dated that may have been more accurate. I never like to denigrate a business but I would have to say that I have never had a worse experience at a B/B. I appreciate that...

We stopped here for one night en-route to Cornwall and could not fault the place. We were made to feel so at home right from the moment we arrived. The feel of the rooms is very homely and comfortable. Breakfast was great and its on the A303 which made continuing our trip that little bit easier. Only draw back is...

I stayed at this typical B&B with my family at the end of August. It was everything i expected, maybe more! I want to thank the owners, Catherine and Bill, who made us feel at home. Their house is very nice and every detail shows that they care a lot about their guests. There is a good perfume all around,...

Came for an overnight stay and received a very warm welcome from Catherine. We were given good advice on somewhere to eat (the boot inn) where we were not disappointed with the delicious food. Had a great nights sleep and woke up to have a beautifully cooked breakfast. Also a lot of thought has gone into the little touches that...

My wife and our children and a friend's child were supposed to stay at the Scotland Lodge Farm but had an accident in France and missed the daytime ferry. Catherine Lockwood was very understanding about the situation and could not have been more helpful.

I stayed here last night with my partner and loved it. The location is brilliant, right near stone henge, on a good day you could walk there, and alsO near Salisbury. The owners were lovely, very welcoming, and helpful. We were served tea and biscuits on arrival. Our room was very clean and spacious and had lovely views. The bed...

We've stayed for 5 nights at this superb address where we (couple with a corgi) felt so welcome. Very nice room and bathroom with not only the the usual hospitality tray but all kinds of extra's like fresh fruit, fresh water for the dog, very lovely duvet covers. “The upstairs room is best but is accessible by a narrow, steep stairway. Fine for us, but may be a concern for the less able bodied. The down stairs room would be better for those requiring easier access. The owners would advise of this I am sure.”
