A personal small hotel in the middle of Champagne for exploring this area of France. The breakfast is rustic, big, very tasty and served at two large tables where you meet the other guests. They have rooms in the main building and in some of the old buildings around the courtyard of this former champagne producing buildings.

We stayed in the triple room with our 2 little kids. The room was cosy, although a bit tight with 2 kids. Our hosts made sure that we had a great stay at Barbotines. Breakfast was tasty and comprised a selection of local cheeses, ham, pastries and fresh orange juice. The Bonaire and Clouet champagnes are excellent and I recommend to visit the production site at Crémant, they also offer degustation there and you can purchase bottles.

I think this is our seventh time here. We had tried Hotels in both Reims and Epernay, other B&Bs, but when we found this one our search was over. Fun breakfast with other lodgers and the BEST French toast ever. Don't forget to pick up some of the excellent Grand Cru Champagne they have here. Secure parking in courtyard. Excellent central location for exploration of entire area. Charming rooms, I think we have stayed in almost all of them. Hope to be back next year.

Had an amazing stay in this quiet village in the heart of the champagne region. The B&B is in a wonderful old house, with very comfortable and clean rooms and secure car parking with a chance to taste the excellent cuvees of the house - Paul Clotet and Bonnaire. The breakfast is one of the best spreads I have ever seen and we were made to feel very welcome. There are some wonderful champagne houses in the village that accept drop-in visits for tastings. We were fortunate that our trip coincided with the Soiree Blanche, which we were invited to join and were made very welcome by the villagers. Will certainly return.
