The small hotel. We find it along the old road to Sora, a few steps away from Cassino, exactly where was the Post Olivella, a time of refreshment and meeting travelers. A charming and fascinating because of its location for its elegant style and its elegance, is the ideal place for those looking for the most important moments of their lives.

This is a lovely hotel with great rooms, balconies, nice views and quiet. The young man at the reception was helpful and very friendly. Also restaurant staff was exceptional. We needed to call for hot water. Breakfast was fine but not exceptional in any way. There was an issue with our bill that could have been handled in a more friendly "customer-service" way (it was not our issue.). We were two couples and overall though we were very happy. The evening restaurant experience compensated for what was less than excellent.

We stayed in Room 16 and we had a sauna and a steamroom which we didn't use There was also a jacuzzi but hot water not hot enough to use. We had a balcony and also a neighbour with a Rooster that made his noice most of the time. Sleep quality was not the best pillows to hard and matress old. Wifi in room was working only sometimes. Breakfast was quite ok. Dinner was excellent. A walk in their garden was a pleasure specially for my wife who loved all the flowers and trees. Parking was also very easy.

We were driving from Siena to Ravello and mid afternoon decided to look at TA for recommended Hotels in the Sant'elia fuimerapido area. Thanks TA this Hotel was outstanding. Starting with the service to the lovely spacious rooms and bathrooms and add to that a restaurant of very high quality. Thanks to Tonino, the owner and Asunta, the pocket rocket who seemed to be everywhere and happily attending to our every need. You really have to see the gardens to truly appreciate the planning and effort that has gone into achieving this beauty. In fact the staff were setting it up for a wedding on the day we left. Coming from a country area ourselves it was so pleasant waking up to the crowing of the hotel rooster and braying of a local donkey. Congratulations Tonino, you have certainly got it right when it comes to hospitality and be assured of our toast to you the next night in Ravello while enjoying your generouse gift.

This is a lovely place, with a beautiful garden with flowers, water features, and pergolas. I was part of group tour Rome-to-Ravello of U.S. based TerraBella Travel and the welcome aperitivo set a great tone for the rest of our week. The staff, headed by the owner Tonino and his charming daughter Daniela made our stay here really enjoyable. They go out of their way to provide excellent service, from having the umbrellas ready when it rains, to getting you that cappuccino early in the morning. If you are ever in the Cassino-Montecassino area, be sure to stay at this tranquil Relais Hotel. The only negative was dogs barking at night, but I suppose the hotel has no control over them. Have an extra glass of wine and you will probably not hear them.

What an unexpectedly wonderful experience in a very beautiful part of Italy, full of rolling hills, olive trees and set inside a remarkable garden that’s been the handiwork of the owner since 1984. The area of Sant' Elia Fiumerapido is a lovely place to visit. If you’re planning to stay in the Cassino area, this hotel is only about a 15 minute taxi ride north but it’s private, spotlessly clean and incredibly beautiful. The attention to detail is outstanding, from slippers in the room, a bathrobe in the shower, nice amenities throughout. The rooms are large and pleasant, the bathrooms very large and modern, and the terrace overlooking the gardens so lovely. You are in the country here, and will hear birds of all kinds, a dog may bark, a tractor may rumble over the next hill. Such a nice respite in the countryside, nestled within easy reach by train to Naples or Rome, but light years from the unavoidable grittiness and noise of these ancient cities. This countryside cleared my mind and restored my soul. The inn is owned and run by Tonino along with his wife and daughter. Upon our arrival, Tonino and daughter Daniela greeted us warmly and made us feel at home. At dinner, we had rose petals on our table and glasses of prosecco to toast our lucky selves! And the food each night was truly remarkable. We did not have better dinners in all of Italy, from the Amalfi coast to Lake Como. You could eat your own weight in good bread and prosciutto here! Daniela spoke English and served our dinners each night with charm, good humour and a sweet wit. Daniela’s grasp of English was very good and quite helpful in understanding what wonderful foods were used in each dish. Tonino travels to Rome himself to personally select the best quality produce and other specialties. We had breakfast in the garden one morning, with our table set for us early with excellent café Americano to accompany the simple, fresh and ample breakfast. Always, Tonino was ahead of the next event – tables specially set, preferences remembered, quietly attentive but always gracious and never intrusive. The atmosphere was never pretentious or stuffy. We had booked 3 nights here as the centerpiece of several weeks of sightseeing in Italy. Our purpose was to find a nice base from which we could search for my husband’s families ancestral homes in Frosinone and to pay our respects at the cemetery – all of which we had only a general idea of location along with several 65 year old photos to use as our reference. To aid in our search for our family’s history, Tonino secured a car and driver for us for two days, and I can’t say enough about our driver. This gracious gentleman helped us find our way around remote back roads, picked figs and apples from trees at the family homes for us and served as our photographer. He helped us search for family markers in the cemetery, pulled into driveways and beeped so people would come out and talk to us, and stopped strangers on the roads until we found a few souls who remembered the grandparents and where they lived. Because of him, we found and experienced everything we came to the area to see, and so much more. Later in our travels, when our itinerary necessitated an unplanned overnight stay in Florence, Tonino’s son, a physician in Florence, was also very helpful in recommending a last minute hotel for us. The whole family is remarkable! We’ll never forget all of the help and kindness that was shown to us by Tonino’s family and staff, and we look forward to our next trip to revisit this warm and generous family and their beautiful inn again.

Part of a "Rome to Ravello" tour on behalf of Terra Bella Services, this hotel was charmingly situated in the alluring Italian countryside of Saint Elia. The rooms were spacious, clean with beautiful terraces for viewing the surroundings and landscaped garden grounds. A wonderful continental breakfast awaits guests each morning in the lovely decorated dining room at the time each guest can appoint to assure freshness. Tonino and staff were wonderful and attentive towards each guests needs as I highly recommend this hotel/ristorante to be part of experiencing Italian culture!
