I stayed here recently with colleagues to allow a supplier visit. The hotel is a very functional, well finished, and comfortable. It delivers against its marketing descriptions with regard to provision of facilities and grandeur. The issue here is a lack of character and 'soul'. Great for bland business travel (met our needs perfectly) but lacks any reference to its...

The first thing you notice when you open your room is that you practically trip over the bed. Then you notice that the air conditioning doesn't work and won't work unless you call down to the front desk for them to activate it. Then you'll see that the wifi doesn't work most of the time, either not allowing you to...

Overall had a good stay here. The staff were amazing, I had a bag delayed because Air Canada is terrible, but they were checking the status for me and held the bag for me to get after I checked out. They had good dining suggestions, and their restaurant was very good as well. Issues were the wifi not working for...

This hotel was a disappointment. We had a suite but their was not a comfortable place to sit. The air conditioning did not work and the wi-fi was broken most of the day we were there. The hair dryer is a joke - not worth trying to use and they do not have hand held units. The bar is not...

Rooms OK but very expensive for the standard of hotel and fittings. Aircon not working properly on the night we visited - not conducive to a good nights sleep. Food OK - service disinterested at best. Check out process very extended and confused - not good when heading to work. Overall very disappointing and about twice the price of similar...

I had the opportunity to travel to Vignola/Modena area for a business meeting with my wife and son recently. Upon arrival, the owner Gianni and his son Michael came out to welcome us. As our stay progressed, we felt more like "family" rather than a customer. I asked for extra illows and towels - immediately this was brought up with...

We received the worst treatment that I ever had in an hotel in Europe. We were travelling through France and Italy with three kids, with ages 5y, 2y and 6 months on August 2014. When I do long trips I only book 4 stars hotels located out of the city centers. In this case it was a prepaid booking (paid...

At first it seemed we could not stay at this hotel as they did not accept dogs, and we have a small Jack Russell who was travelling with us. But then they helpfully suggested we used their residence, which was attached to the hotel. So for almost the same price we were offered virtually an apartment where our four legged...

We came here for a long weekend break as we have friends in the local town, they recommended that we stay here as they said it was the best in the area, we had a superior double room and it was lovely, the bathroom was spotlessly clean as so was the room, light and airy as well as comfortable. As...

We stayed here for a business meeting because the hotels in Bologna were booked. I am giving the hotel a good rating because it should not be "punished" for lack business services and amenities - I don't the the hotel's focus is business clientele, and leisure travelers will probably enjoy the environment. The staff's helpfulness was outstanding. Front desk staff...
