I had a chance to visit the hotel and restaurant with my family during two of my daily visits of Lustica Bay in May. As 5* stars hotels guarantee, the service was perfect. The children were thrilled with the possibililty of using the playroom and the adults enjoyed the most delicious food in the restaurant. I am impressed with specialties that menu offers, as well as with the kindness and professionalism of complete staff. In addition, the amazing views and relaxing atmosphere made the impression even greater. Thank you, we will gladly come back!
The service at the hotel (The Chedi), espacially in the Resturant (The Spot) are amazing, they are so polight and friendly. I had never saw so good service and dinner. Stefan from The Spot is one of the greatest service and person i ever had in my life. Thanks for the best time in my life.
This year I returned with the family to the Chedi and we had the most wonderful time. A lot has happened in Lustica Bay in only a year and the hotel has further improved. The food was top notch, amazing à la carte breakfast and great dinner menu. The kids absolutely loved it with biking and a really well done play room and kids activities (my daughter took part in a cookie baking activity). The hotel feels impeccable and new, very well cared for and the staff are highly professional and courteous. Several new restaurants have opened in the Marina since last year. We rented e-bikes again and had a wonderful tour across the peninsula. The spa is very nice and well managed, definitely one of the highlights. We will be back.
A beautiful hotel, with nice view of Adriatic sea, rooms are clean and in very good conditions, inside swimming pool is in excellent conditions and very well looked after. Staff is very helpful, kind and nice. Breakfast was with plenty of choices and very good service and quality of food was up to the name. I had dinner at the main restaurant (set menu) , it was above my expectation,. Beach bar was brand new and you have a beautiful view the sea,. The play room was there with lots of games. Overall a very good hotel with a service beyond your expectations.
I practice spinning since 2015 more or less, and when away from home always try to find a class to join. While having a long stay at The Chedi, I tried the Saturday Spinning class with Jelena Mirkovic. What a fantastic class! Very different from what I am use to. Her energy, knowledge, attitude, showing concern on what I needed and wanted to work. Just great! I will remember her classes as one of the best ones I had so far. Thanks Jelena!
My favorite part of the resort was the Spa. It is very nice and the staff are just excellent. I enjoyed a massage, with Rockzy 😘❤️😍a excellent girl with positive vibes and energy, her hands are magical. I would recommend to take a Balinese massage or any kind of massage from her hands I'm sure would be incredibly good. The entire staff in the spa was always cheerful and happy. It was a very wonderful time.🤩
The hotel was beautiful, the staff was kind and nice, breakfast was very tasty and delicious, the spa was perfect, good service. The room was perfect- clean, spacious and beautiful!! The location is a bit far so you have to order a taxi and it's a waiting time of at least 20 minutes. If you rent a car the location is not a problem.
Prvela sam jedan lep, produženi, poslovni vikend, u ovom hotelu. Spa centar - mali! Jedna sauna, tursko kupatilo, unutrasnji i spoljni bazen, paprene cene polačasovnih masaža ... teretana, solidna...ali nismo tamo zbog spa centra i teretane nego zbog mora, tako da ... Hrana? Sve u svemu ... preporuka!!! I spent one nice, extended, business weekend, at this hotel. At first and last glance, pure luxury. It can be seen that the spirit of Italy is permeated through every stone of the town ... a newly built complex for all guests with a deeper pocket. The weather served us well, so it was possible to swimm, even though we were already well into October. Room beautiful, spacious. Plus it had an extra toilet, independent of the spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. My room was like a small apartment, with a fully equipped kitchenette, mini bar, which, of course, is paid extra ... maybe some smaller wardrobe space, but considering that I stayed only two nights, and three days, I had had enough. Service ... like in most places in Montenegro 😉, but they work and try hard😁. Maybe there are simple not enough employed people around, and they don't achieve everything at once. Spa center - small! One sauna, Turkish bath, indoor and outdoor pool, peppery prices of half-hour massages ... gym, solid ... but we are not there because of the spa and gym but because of the sea, so ... Food? Delicious ... but scarcer. At least in our case ... we had a menu prepared in advance and a service according to it. For gourmets a smaller bite, for me - just enough. Wines beautiful, fine and fragrant ... just as they should be ... a flaw ... not a hotel, but a general one - the nightlife "turns off" at 11 pm, but in the place of Luštica bey, this can't even is classified under the flaw. All in all ... a recommendation!!!…
I would have given 5 stars for this CHEDI because of their staff and friendly service. All the hotel was brandnew and very clean.Breakfast was served à la carte and staff was wearing masks.BUT NOBODY!!cared when guests did cross the lobby or use the elevators!!without masks. The next Lockdown is inevitable knowing that they just did vaccinate about 35% of their people.Appearently they did not learn during the last 18 monthes.... We had a great time stay at the chedi lustica bay. We already have spent multiple holidays in the chedi andermatt and were not dissapointed by its younger sibling-hotel in montenegro. We would like to especially mention Jovan, working at the reception at the hotel. He did an absolutely phenomenal job taking care of all our demands and wishes and did so not only with a constant smile but also with a more than timely manner. He will sure have a great future in the international hotel business.
