I stayed here three years ago and thought it was awful. Well imagine my suprise when we booked in. Rooms upgraded new bathrooms. Really pleasant. Clean white crisp sheets soft pillows white towels. Gas heated water quick and hot. 10 out of 10. Bev Moore

This quickly little guest house seems to be Alice in Wonderland themed and unsuited for business accommodation. However, it met all my needs as a business traveller. The rooms are compact but clean with a decent shower and comfortable bed. The room has a place to work (not a dressing table but a proper table) and the Internet speed is... More

I must start by saying that the restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming but all the disappointment started when I was promised a specific room and not given what I was promised, I was not informed that I will not be getting that room until I asked and was causally informed that another guest extended their stay so the... This is a very unique hotel, in a great location (just down the road from mall). Our room was quiet, clean and very tidy and quite modern. We only stayed one night but got to eat breakfast at the restaurant but would have loved to have had dinner there too as their restaurant rates very well on trip advisor. Would... More

I will review the hotel and restaurant separately. First of all, i must say that the reception staff/ manager was amazingly helpful from the date we booked, all the way through to our time of departure from their establishment. The parking area and reception/ restaurant area is so beautiful. It has an eclectic/ quirky feel. Right up our alley! I... More

Visited twice, once for lunch and then 4 of us for dinner. Extensive menu available, good service and lovely surroundings, staff very friendly and professional. Our dinner consisted of T Bone, Steak and two Salmon with 2 bottles of wine at a cost of 870 rand. Excellent value. Food as always was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Arrival at the Rabbit Hole kind of takes a person by surprise. I for one didn't expect such a cute and quaint place to be located so closely to a large shopping mall so it lead to a little bit of apprehension and somewhat disappointment. That being said I can counteract the negative with the fact that once you are... More

The Hotel was good. Great setting and the rooms were nicely laid out and comfortable. There was however a issue with the shower going from warm then cold then HOT then cold. I eventually after 20 minutes of fighting with the shower tap just turned it to cold. This on a very cold JHB winters morning. Not a great start... More

Had a comfortable 3 night stay here in a group. The pizzas from the restaurant are amazing! Breakfast was ok. The decor is beautiful. If you like something different and original like I do this is the place to stay and relax in. The rooms are a bit dated but still comfortable & the artwork around the hotel is worth... More
