We stayed just one night prior to getting early morning ferry to France. We were warmly greeted by Adrian, and shown to room, had everything explained, TV,hot water machine, cooling fan etc etc. As we were leaving by 7am had requested on booking, if early breakfast was possible, which it was. We were given a list to make our choices. They don’t do ‘full English’ but there is a great choice of things, all fresh and was beautifully presented next morning in conservatory. So, we were offered tea and cake outside in garden which was lovey, garden beautifully kept lots of pots and colour. We asked about places to eat. As the B andBis virtually justifying road through Broadstone, places were within waking distance. We went to the local Nepalese which was absolutely 1st class and would highly recommend. As I said breakfast was beautifully presented at 6.30 am and was about ten mins drive to ferry terminal . Weston House is top class, extremely clean, comfortable and every detail taken care of, including a very modern entry system at front door. Very easy to use. All in all definitely recommend and we will use again most definitely when using ferry from Poole. It’s certainly one of if not the best B and B we have stayed in. Thank you Adrian and Rae.…

Set bang in the middle of Broadstone, a small meticulously clean B&B. A healthy breakfast is prepared to order with everything home made. Do try the toasted Irish Soda Bread; heaven on a plate. Good WiFi and a secluded garden with several different places to sit and enjoy the flowers.

We were made so welcome by our hosts in their spotlessly clean home. Very comfortable beds, lovely bed linen and many thoughtful touches including home made fudge as a welcome gift. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the orangery overlooking the delightful garden and will most definitely be returning. We highly recommend Weston Cottage. Thank you Rae and Adrian.

Rae and Adrian are wonderful hosts. We were greeted with a warm welcome and pots of tea and cake in the conservatory. most welcome on a very wet afternoon. The bedroom was beautifully appointed and comfortable with everything one could need . The breakfast was delicious, from the freshly squeezed orange, delicious home made yogurt, with a good choice of dishes accompanied by home made bread. There was a good choice of restaurants in walking distance. We hope to return..

Beautiful cottage, unique interior and amazing garden. The room was superb. Rea and Adrian are wonderful hosts. When we arrived we were served coffee and cake in the conservatory (or we could have sat in the garden with it) whilst we relaxed and choose our breakfasts for the next 2 mornings. It was nice to have a different choice from the usual continental or Full English. The room was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped (as well as toiletries, anti-bacterial gel and wipes were available) with bottled water as well as a good selection of hot beverages and home made fudge. There was Netflix available on the TV as well as a large selection of DVDs in a cabinet in the hallway. Rather than a key for the front door you choose your own number code (which is then deleted when you leave). Breakfast is served in the conservatory and it is a wonderful setting looking out onto a well tended beautiful garden. Rea is very friendly and has lots of local knowledge about places to eat (Broadstone has a great High Street with a wealth of places to dine all within easy walking distance - about 10mins at the most). Will definitely book here again if in the vicinity.…

We returned after 2 years and were not disappointed. Excellent in every way that was important to us. Well equipped quiet room on the ground floor with a comfortable bed and pillows. Spotlessly clean. Friendly owners. Very healthy breakfast beautifully presented. Free parking and wi-fi. And delightful landscaped grounds to sit out in. We were welcomed with tea and the best rock cakes ever, to enjoy at a table in the beautiful gardens. Highly recommended.
