I may have cried a lot during my stay here but it wasn't really because I didn't like it, I just wanted to be outside and see the horses more... (my parents are thankful we were the only ones staying this night because I wasn't really on my best behavior this stay) After a 6 hour drive the day before...

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff is super friendly and the service is great. I like having dinner together with all the guests. The Host couple are really nice and they help with the socializing apart from being great equestrian instructors... We had an excellent time and probably we will be back. we recommended it. Make...

I have stayed twice at Unicornio Azul and I just loved it! Peaceful, a lot of space for kids to run around and a family spirit thanks to Pauline & Fernando. Just be ready for some cold nights if you go during the dry season, but it is worthit :)

Absolutely worth the visit. Unicornio Azul is located almost 3.100 masl, which make its landscapes very different from the rest of Guatemala. In here you'll wake up above the clouds in an ice-covered landscape, spend the day riding a horse under a sunny day with a view, have a delicious family style dinner by a fireplace and sleep in a...

We owe a lot to Pauline and her husband. Without her patience (and Marie's in Antigua) we would not have make it to Guatemala. She guided us, helped us figure out the trip and gave us precious insights on the country. We went to her place as my youngest daughter wanted horsebackriding and I was re-assured that she is certified...

Unicornia Azul is a wonderful place to ride, relax, and have wonderful meals provided by the hostal. The horses are beautiful, helathy and well beloved by the owners. The riding is superb and I ended up staying tow days longer than I planned...bring warm clothes, the mountain nights can be chilly:-) Lynda Devine

I have been to the Unicornio Azul twice. It is beautiful, remote, the air is different, the landscape is like nothing else I have seen in Guatemala. Big fires, mountain air, delicious food, a sunny porch and the horses. I took friends who hardly even went out of the city and watched them transformed as they became more confident on...

We had an awesome time horse back riding on this ranch in Huehuetenango. The horses were very well cared for and Pauline, the owner, took the time to match each of us with the right one. We went riding on mountain trails and through small Guatemalan towns. It was interesting seeing up close from a horse how people live in...
