What a gem this site was with its gorgeous views and so ideally placed for doing the tourist bit with the kids on the Llyn peninsula. The owners couldn't be more friendly and helpful to the point where the husband towed the 'van off the site for us as it was slightly tricky - no problem getting in though. A...

Really liked this site, plenty of space, sea view, beach on the door step. Tricky entrance when towing a caravan and a steep down hill narrow road to get to the reception. Need your wits about you. Offered a tow out by owner when we left which was very helpful. We had a lovely time and our little dog enjoyed...

Lovely place. Different fields give different views. Ours was a seafront view but I also fancy a pitch by the bubbking brook near the showers next time. The amenities were clean. The proprietor runs little shop which was handy. The site is fantastically locatated to nearby Caernarfon Castle. The beach is all pebble but it was perfect for crabbing and...

Absolutely stunning place. Super friendly staff, who greet you with a smile. Most amazing place to sit on the beach and watch the sun set. Buy wood from reception and have a camp fire on the beach. Definitely going back here.

fairly basic amenities and right on the sea so watch the wind! Electrical hookup available, friendly family hosts with basic but servicable amenities. We stayed for only one night and had no problems at all

Just returned from our second stay at Aberafon - love this place! The location is perfect, less than a minute from the beach, with amazing sea views and sunsets. It's ideal for children - our four years olds could run 'wild' with no worries about safety and the small playground is an added bonus. Yes there are only a few...

Had a brilliant time at this site. We changed sites last minute from one in Snowdonia and turned up at Aberafon, they let us choose our pitch and were very friendly and helpful. Struggled showering my two young boys as there was no family bathrooms and the showers were too small for me to manage well - however this would...

When we arrived the track was narrow as described by some not a problem with a trailer and some confidence, we booked in to a fantastic reception from the owners son, were given clear directions to our pitch, we were warned before booking that we were in an exposed pitch and told when we could expect the worst winds but...

The drive down to the campsite is a beautiful single-track lane, and the greeting from the owners was welcoming. We were allocated a pitch close to the cliff and the views over the beach across the sea to Anglesea and the hills in the other direction was marvelous. We booked a pitch for a three man tent and we're told that...
