Easy access to the trains and to the airport are big plus points. I slept well, had a good meal in the restaurant, all at a very fair price. There is a big building site opposite the hotel entrance, the surroundings should be more attractive when this is finally finished.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We stayed at the hotel to allow us to catch an early morning airport bus from Temple Meads Station. The hotel is 5 minutes flat walk from the station and is located in a non-residential, relatively quiet area, although bear in mind you are within 100m of the railway lines. Having said that, the rooms are well insulated and noise...

Booked into this hotel for a Friday and Saturday night mostly because it was close to the train station and pretty close to the city centre. Check-in was easy and I found the room to be clean, fresh and warm. No noise from outside and even inside it was quiet after 1130pm. I'll need to stay in Bristol over the...

We stayed here for 4 nights. Having travelled to Bristol by train we wanted somewhere to stay which was within easy walking distance of Temple Meads, and this hotel fitted the bill, being only 5 minutes walk away. Our room was on the first floor and overlooked a quiet back street. It was spacious and clean with comfortable single beds,...

Check in was a little slow as the people in front needed help and the only thing I would say would be nice to be acknowledged as we had a long wait so decided to fetch our bags from the car and there was only one receptionist but once we were being checked in they were lovely and friendly. 5...

The room was on the 4th floor but there is a lift. Friendly staff on the reception and they were helpful. The room was clean and tidy. There could have been more teabags as there was only 2, and milk considering this was a double room. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Close to the railway station.

Booked the hotel on line and got a great deal at £50 for the night. Stayed here a few times and never really had a bad experience. Only three stars as it is nothing special it is a good solid average budget hotel.

Wouldn't want to spend more than a few nights here. Location is a little out of the way but only a short taxi ride to the centre. Parking is reasonable albeit a short walk away. Breakfast good but wide selection.

Very polite and helpful staff (watch out for Azzurra, extremely nice at the front desk), clean rooms, I was on the 7th floor and had a bright and spacious room with big windows, clean bathroom, big shower (I am a big fella and I appreciate that). Bed is comfy with large pillows. The hotel is central and the room was...

Stayed here a few times now as it's close to my work. Only had one slight bad experience but on the whole a really good experience. Would recommend this particular hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Light and good value for money. Ignored once by a reception member of staff as she was too busy texting but the...
