We arrived early but our room were ready so we could start exploring Bristol. Location is excellent, walking distance to the museum and SS Great Britain and in a beautiful part of Bristol next to Cabot Park with abundance of eating places close to hand. Elegant property, comfortable beds, toiletries provided and tasty breakfast. Only negatives are no tea/coffee facility or tv in room .. we do like this privacy as opposed to impose oneself into a communal kitchen/lounge. We did appreciate our stay though in this establishment.

This is the best place where you can stay when you visit Bristol. Elegant, classy and comfortable... even romantic! This old building, majesticly run by Tina, is very close to the main attractions of the city, all of them reached by walk. We have loved the cleanliness, the position and the amazing atmosphere you breathe in. Well done and very recommended

Everything from the moment I arrived to the moment I left was just perfect. Felt totally comfortable and very relaxed. Breakfast was lovely too. Tina was so helpful in directing me to the best car park for me and how to walk there and back easily. Perfection area for sightseeing even though I was there for work reasons. The DAB radio playing on a relaxing station when I went into my room was a lovely touch. Room was huge and the bed amazingly comfortable.

My husband booked us in for two nights into this B&B in March 22. I have never stayed in such a lovely establishment than this. Very clean and well presented. It was so comfortable and welcoming by Tina and her partner and don't forget little dog, she's beautiful. The breakfast was help yourself to the continental and ordered what you like to the hot menu, cooked to perfection. Such a fantastic choice I didn't know what to have The lounge was very comfortable and help your to drinks. We had two good night sleeps little bit of noise from outside with traffic and the macerator from the bathroom but that can't be helped. We would defiantly stay here again. Many thanks to you both for a welcoming stay

Location is excellent, close to uni and in interesting part of the city. Short walk into city centre too. 3 Berkeley Square must have been a beautiful house when it was all one unit - the conversion into B&B has been done really well - original fireplaces and covings are still there to be appreciated, plus lovely staircase etc etc. Our (dog-friendly) room was just what we needed and we couldn't fault it. A question we had e-mailed was responded to within minutes by the staff. We didn't have the breakfast (still full from previous night's meal!) - but the kitchen where we were able to make cups of tea was very welcome. Totally recommend and we will be booking again very soon.- Full marks, and thank you for a very enjoyable stay

I rented the whole house for a hen do for 12 of us. The house is so beautiful and had everything we needed. All bedrooms came with their own on suite which was perfect for us being a large group. We arrived early before check in but the lovely Tina let us leave our belongings there, again the same for when we were leaving. We got a mini bus there but had 2 of the group drove there. There is parking at the back of the house which you can pay for so right by the house! The rooms were so lovely and a good size, beds were very comfortable which is not common. The house is right in the city and has everything you need close by - cafes, bars, clubs and the beautiful harbour side. Everywhere we wanted to go was approx 10-15 minuets walk away! Some lovely views and a park right behind the house. There is a tv in the lounge which has Netflix, Amazon etc. I don’t think at any point we needed something and it wasn’t there. Plenty of glasses, cups, plates, cutlery etc and very handy having a dishwasher especially for large groups. A really nice homely feel to the house 🥰 Some points to address that have been mentioned in other reviews but as group did not bother us. - The plumbing does make a strange sound - One of the rooms does have an en suite that has a clear glass panel looking into the bedroom - no TVs in rooms. - Quite a steep hill to walk up to the house - electric shower so not much water pressure - no lift and lots of stairs (more an issue if you struggle with stairs, have very heavy bags or have elderly with you) Thank you so much for having us 💕

Why "yes" 1. Tina is a great host that helps a lot and everything with a smile 2. Nice rooms with windows (not common in Bristol), parking solution is available 3. Good location and good breakfast that Tina prepares according to request Why "not" 1. There is a very loud and strange noise while using bathroom and flush the water 2. No elevator 3. No air conditioning (not sure is needed) Bottom line- a cosy and good place

This was our second stay and we are both extremely pleased to have found our "treat venue". A beautiful building in a wonderful setting. You can hardly believe that you are in the heart of the city. If you are looking for rooms with TV this is not the place for you. We love the laid back atmosphere and enjoy the wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended, we will be back.

Full of character, super-comfortable bed, quiet (We were in 'Chestnut') and with a full, delicious quality breakfast available, this privately run B&B really exceeded our expectations. We were visiting Bristol just for one night, and the location was also perfect - walking distance down to the harbour and lots of local food and drink places. Tina was the perfect host, thank you very much
