The beds were very comfortable and my self and my partner both suffer bad backs. The location is perfect for anybody wanting to go on a night out as the restaurants, bars and clubs...

Lovely hotel, very clean and well presented. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, room was a decent size - although the bathroom was a bit tight to squeeze around. The breakfast service and food was outstanding - such a friendly head waiter who even greeted me by name. The food was delicious as well. Lots of nice touches with...

On arrival no concierge on any entrance. permanently large and slow queues on reception with only one or two receptionists. Reception staff had very poor communication skills and one was abrupt and rude. Downstairs reception toilets were out of order. After asking to use the bathroom was sent to the 4th floor by receptionist in error as was not properly...

great location to explore the city, all the hip neighbourhoods are in walking distance. great breakfast options around the corner. only the mattress could have been a little firmer for my taste. nevertheless, we slept very well.
