This place is perfect as its smack bang in the middle of Bristol. Was here for a function and the food and accommodation was great. Would highly recommend going. The car parking was a little tight going up the second floor, but apart from that all good and would visit again.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Stayed here two nights for our anniversary. We were surprised with macaroons and strawberries in our room along with a congratulations note. We were given a Deluxe Double room on the 6th floor which was spacious, clean, very comfortable, and had a stunning view! The location was central and a short walk to pretty... More

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night after a long day shopping in Bristol. This hotel is in a wonderful central location. We had a room with a view over the harbour which was pleasant to look at. The hotel staff are so helpful and polite. Dressing gowns and slippers and coffee and tea making facilities. The hotel is spotless,... More

Told the staff it was a three day birthday treat for my wife wanted a nice room with a view. Ended up in a closet they call an executive room. No drawers to put clothing away a tiny closet. This is a short stay business room. Should have stayed in the Double Tree.

Have stayed at The Bristol a few times now and have always been well satisfied on all counts, particularly the location of the hotel and the convenience and the hotel subsidised adjoining car park. Not as good value as previously but still worth it for the occasional leisure trip.

Comfortable and well set up, the Bristol offers what you pay for. Good service from reception, the Times available for patron, and a buffet breakfast that will satisfy everyone. With a very central location, and some rooms facing the water, it was a good hotel for a business trip.

Used to walk past this hotel every day when I was a kid and think it was called the Unicorn in the 1970s.Never thought I would stay there! Stayed for one night on a return trip to Bristol after leaving Briz in 1972. A quality stop well priced and located for everything. Nice staff, room and breakfast couldn't fault it... More

Good service, lovely room and helpful staff. We had one of the experience weekends which included breakfast and parking, we also booked breakfast for our family who live locally as it was our sons birthday and the staff were great.

This was a very happy experience. Attentive staff, friendliness throughout, and very comfortable. Parking very convenient to the rooms. The only downside was the lack of double glazing. The Friday night was noisy from outside in the street with drunken rows and shouting until around 5am.

Rooms are clean and staff are very helpful, rooms are not the biggest, we normally stay at the Marriot and too be honest would go back there next time. Car parking is in the NCP which is next door to the hotel, parking is £5 for 24hrs, this is sorted at reception. Like I said, was a pleasant stay, clean... More
