I stayed here for 1 night on Sunday 4 December, after having attended a works Christmas Party in one of the hotel’s function rooms. I reserved the room in advance privately myself via Booking.com and paid cash on the day. The staff on Reception were helpful and friendly. The lift up to the third floor was swift and spotlessly clean....

Staff on reception were brilliant, bar staff were helpful, service in the restaurant was also excellent. The room was quiet and very clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Car parking next to hotel is free if you stay at the hotel. Good location for the City Centre.

We expected something better than this! The room was tiny and a bit shabby, we couldn't even use the bedside table - if we put anything on it it slid off. This we reported but nothing was done about it. The washbasin in the bathroom was cracked, and the heater/air conditioning unit was so noisy we had to turn it...

Travelled to Bristol to visit our son on my husbands birthday. Booked a standard hotel room online, on arrival upgraded to a superior room with river view. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast very enjoyable. All staff we met were polite and welcoming, would not hesitate to recommend to friend and family and we will definitely choose this hotel again...

My partner and I stayed here as he had a business meeting at the hotel we thought we would treat our self's. On the outside the hotel looks dated but this hides the lovely interior. Our room I thought was rather small especially the bathroom but it served a purpose and it was well equipped. We overlooked the river which...

Stayed in multiple hotels in Bristol all 4*. This was the most expensive but had the smallest rooms. We paid for superior where if I'm honest, whilst furnishing was nice the room was so small it felt like a standard room. The bathroom was tiny!! Breakfast was nice and staff friendly.

We were staying in the hotel, my birthday. Clean and friendly. A little pricey, but warm and a nice atmosphere. Breakfast table service was superb and the food was excellent and plenty of it. It's a bit of a tight fit in the car park, if you have anything like a Range Rover car. The Lift from the top floor...

We came to Bristol to attend a function nearby and had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were attentive, the room was comfortable, the ambience in the public areas was fantastic and the meals we had were excellent. While it is a little pricy, we will be back. If I have to find fault with something, it would...

Stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. 1st deal breaker is the car park, which is attached to the hotel. Yes you have to pay for parking but you can park on the same level as your room (spaces permitting). The hotel is located away from the shopping centre and has a prime spot near to all the bars and...
