We had booked for a party of seven to attend afternoon tea at The Marriott. We've been before and as it was two party members birthday, we thought we'd book again! We arrived at 1:15 for a 1:30 booking so we had plenty of time to get a drink and sort ourselves out before being called to our table. We...

I booked the Royal Suite in this hotel as a very special occasion for myself and my girlfriend which was supposed to end with me proposing to her after spending a romantic night together, unfortunately what we experience rather killed the mood. Upon arriving to the room, I was first greeted with a beautiful, spacious suite with fantastic views, however,...

The hotel is perfectly situated on college green along side the cathedral and the harbour side are a 2 minute walk away. The public areas and lounges are luxurious, warm and welcoming. We didn't have a view from our room but the room itself was really spacious and well equipped. The highlight for me was the lovely Grecian style pool...

We cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the Royal Marriot. Every re3quest we made was considered; Early check in, high floor, room away form the lifts, the storage of bags following check out to enable us to enjoy our day shopping, we had no complaint and enjoyed our one night stay immensely. The rooms were clean, well presented...

I chose this hotel because it looked like it was good, in reality it was very tired. The furniture was undersized for the rooms and it was all very unimpressive. How it warrants 4 stars is beyond comprehension!

Beautiful property centrally located within walking distance of everything we needed in Bristol. Rooms were spacious and staff were very helpful. Lobby and drawing room were particularly lovely with a tea and cocktail menu. Would happily visit again.

I felt well looked after at this hotel, from the moment my partner and I arrived for his Birthday weekend the reception staff made us welcome and checked us in although we were very early. Throughout our 2 night stay I could not fault any of the staff. The room we had on the top floor had a great view...

Just back from a night at this hotel. Lovely large quiet room on the ground floor. Comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom. Breakfast was ok but a buffet as is usual ; I really don't like buffets! Car parking in site which is a bonus in Bristol though you are charged £16 per 24 hours. I would stay here again...
