Stayed here for the Great British Care Awards South West. Room was lovely and comfy good size for 2 of us. Cabot is around the corner and minutes from the hotel. The hallway where the champagne was handed out was a little small to expect a few hundred people to wait around in as you could not go into the... More

Lots of nice little extras. Wonderful munchies in the lobby - early evening, the best Bellmen who genuinely get you a taxi and help guests with every detail. The decor was lovely As with all Marriott Hotels - great beds, great internet and good buffet breakfast

This hotel is badly overdue refurbishment in its bedrooms, they are now tired and lacking the stylish Finish I would expect from Marriott. The towels and bed linen and housekeeping touches were a great standard but windows were draughty and misted, bathroom had seen better days! A pity as this hotel is in a great location for central Bristol and... More

Disappointed with this branch of the hotel. Room needed serious updating and the carpets were a bit grubby round the edges. WiFi was not free (who doesn't offer free WiFi nowadays?!) and the bed was very hard and not all the comfortable.

Nice enough hotel but slightly over priced for what you get, having to pay extra for ar park is annoying, did not really spend much time in hotel but the breakfast Sunday morning was really busy and a 10 min wait to get a table

Very friendly and helpful staff. I loved the breakfast. The only problem was that i have to pay for the WiFI. I never expected that i had to pay as much more cheaper hotels are offering them for free. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay and the location was really good.

Location, great and ideal for weekend visit. Hotel....sadly now average. I wonder if they more interested in the conference market these days ? Use to be great Hotel but in my view now basic and standards slipping with management clearly not got a eye to detail or budget restrictions. Room with all the expected facilities was good..but come on, bath... More

The hotel staff were lovely. Unfortunately nothing else about my stay was. You have to pay for WiFi!!!! My room was extremely noisy at night.
