I recently discovered this hotel, conveniently located close to the mall where you can choose among many eateries (good french, decent italian). Cozy rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. We also had lunch at the cafè and were not disappointed (try the hummus!)

We were attending this years Sound & Vision event which was at this hotel so decided to make a weekend of it. The room a deluxe was pre- booked and although expensive was convenient. The hotel is central for shopping but quite a trek to other attractions. This hotel is badly in need of a makeover, drab colours and chintzy...

Shocking service! Booked afternoon tea for my mum and sisters birthday. It was my mums birthday yesterday and we turned up just before 1:30 which was our booked time. We were directed to sit in the bar and have a drink whilst the rest of our party turned up. Once all seven of us were there we waited 30 minutes...

Receptionist was lovely and did a great job. She upgraded us from double to king but it was outside the lift & after waiting 5 mins for lift, we arrived on our floor to find about 20 people outside the lifts shouting at each other. People going in & out of each other's rooms banging the doors. We asked to...

There aren't any places in the hotel to relax as a family or couple. The bar in the hotel is actually a Sports Bar, that insisted on showing football on huge screens even on Valentines Day (despite numerous complaints from those in the bar, who all had to leave). This is particularly a problem as the hotel is quite a...

Booked a family room for two nights. Arrival fine, extra pillows brought on request but room cold so I attempted to follow the instructions and increase the temperature. Came back from lunch and it was still very chilly so notified housekeeping and two friendly chaps came and adjusted the control and told me it had to have the fan on...
