Travelled round the world and the first hotel EVER that will not serve a soft drink, even a fizzy water after 12 even though you want to put it on your room number. Rooms hot & stuffy, no water, not good. Will never stay again.

Room was fine but remote control didn't work properly. Requested new batteries that I received and put in controller but it still didn't work. I had to unplug the tv at the wall to turn off which was a pain. Ordered a Virgin Mary Cocktail to be told Worcester Sauce had run

Not the 4* experience I'm used to having. More shabby than chic. Messy hallways, slamming doors, dated rooms (1970s mirrored headboard anyone?), squeaky wooden floor (drag that chair, hear it screech), thin walls (listen to your neighbour's bodily functions and /or furniture
