Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for one night as a birthday getaway. We had booked a Privilege room (512) and we were very impressed! The room was spacious and very well decorated, with free use of the Nespresso machine and minibar. The bed was lovely and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The service that we received was brilliant,...

This was our first stay in Bristol and we were happy that we'd chosen The Brigstow Hotel. It's on the riverside just off the Bristol Bridge. It is within walking distance of Bristol Temple Meads railway station - but with luggage it's better to have a taxi. We stayed for 3 nights then went to stay with friends and returned...

We overnighted at this pleasant hotel which is situated next to the canals in Bristol. We travelled by car and parked, as suggested by the hotel, in the very convenient Queen Charlotte St car park which adjoins the hotel. (The hotel discounted the £23 per 24 hour charge by 25%). The welcome was efficient but cold with no smiles. As...

I regularly stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem I have with this hotel is that it doesn't matter when I stay I am woken from 5am onwards with rubbish collecting and noise. They really need to think about extra double-glazing to reduce the amount of noise. It is...

After staying for a weekend at the hotel, i wanted to write a review. On arrival the staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. The bedroom was clean, fresh and above all ideal for our stay. Breakfast was definitely not for those who want to watch their weight. The bar staff were attentive and were willing to go...

We stayed at the Brigstow as we were at an event in Bristol. The hotel was friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was good and the bed reasonably comfortable. We had a premium room which included Nespresso coffee, soft drinks, several types of tea and biscuits. Breakfast was very good and the dining my room very comfortable as was the...

Nice modern hotel great location. Rooms at back have poor view of courtyard , flats and some building equipment. Front aspect is very good onto riverside. Room clean and comfortable. Factor in overnight parking fee at NCP. You get discount of 25% but still cost me £17.50 overnight. Breakfast was very good in quality and quantity. Slightly misguided in a...

This hotel is really close to the town and all the bars. The room was pleasant and cosy and great value for money. There was a few minor issues but these were quickly dealt with by reception so that was good to see. The breakfast selection the next day was plentiful. We stayed at the ibis the previous week for...

Booked a "Privilege" room with a balcony overlooking the Floating Harbour. Decor reminiscent of Eltham Palace. Impeccable service and cleanliness, although the room and bathroom were beginning to get a little tired. Some noise from the corridor but nothing terrible. Incredibly expensive on Saturday night but good value on Sunday and Monday. Great location.
