A long weekend coaching in the cold weather punctuated with a very warm welcome from Andrew who had taken time to make sure the room was warm. With prices well Over £100 for the rest of Bristol this is a really great value stay. Comfortable bed and the room was really quiet. A well supplied help yourself breakfast was just...

We had a front facing upstairs room, which faced a busy road. There is significant traffic noise for us, the room was quite cold, even with an additional radiator. the room felt a bit impersonal - you could hear people milling about in the corridor The staff were very friendly Breakfast was too limited for us; so we went and...

I had appointment at Southmead Hospital and needed to be on site very early, so decided to book into somewhere close. The Norfolk is only a 5/10 minute walk away, so was just the job. I was given the separate annex which is at the back away from the traffic, the road is very busy. it was extremely comfortable with...

Had a nice large room with tv and seating. Andrew was very friendly without being over bearing. Breakfast provided lots of choice and I could use the guests kitchen at any time. Bed was large and comfortable and room warm with no noise from main road. Parking was on street but I always found space directly outside the hotel. Would...

Very Clean Relaxed Family Run B&B, where you have the basic breakfast but have all the facilities to cook what ever you want, plus has washing machine and dryer and iron to wash your clothes. We will definitely be coming back the next time we visit Bristol

I have stayed at Norfolk guest house on 3 different occasions. The rooms are clean and comfortable with TV, Wi-fi, tea and coffee facilities. Also the owner and his family are friendly too giving it a homely and welcoming feel. The breakfast has enough variety to keep it interesting and fulfilling. I would definitely recommended this place. My only complaint...

Okay, first time customers, so we tried to book as close to the family as we could, given the traffic issues in Bristol generally. So, arrived mid afternoon where parking was an issue. But after a short time, I was able to move right in front of the hotel, result 👍👍👍 Hotel facilities were just fine, free wifi I know...

Clean room and comfortable bed, but somewhat oddly furnished with an old fashioned bureau desk in the room, rather than a small table/dressing table to put items on, especially as no space in bathroom for toiletries. TV was on wall but located at a difficult place to view, had to sit on side of bed to watch . Washbasin was...

We had 3 nights here and it was fabulous. This is an extremely well organised guest house that feels like home. Well proportioned room, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, great breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff - special thanks to Jessica - made our stay memorable.

The room is very clean and pretty. The host decorate his house all by himself and is friendly to every one! Also, the breakfast buffet is nice for student travelers as well. Unlimited fruits, bread, and cereal! Everything is tidy and cozy. : )
