Lovely hotel in a great neighborhood which was perfect for my business stay. My room was lovely, comfy bed and staff very friendly and helpful. My colleague and I ate in the restaurant for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Breakfast also very good.

Located on the outskirts of Bristol, but with a superb public bus service stopping outside the hotel. Car not needed! All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice room that was clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom and all we needed for our 4 night stay. We never ate in the hotel but that was due...

Good homemade bread at dinner and breakfast. Internet slow when we both tried to use it at the same time. We telephoned to say we would be late arriving and this was not a problem. Bathroom was very nice but the shower is poor.

Conveniently located minutes from the M5, friendly and welcoming staff, very nicely decorated room and lovely bathroom. Breakfast cooked to order or continental option. The breakfast was of very good quality and they also have lovely home made preserves. The server at breakfast was a very pleasant young lady. My husband had scrambled eggs with his full English and I...

We loved everything about our stay. Every member of staff went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The hotel is easily accessible from the M5 and there's a bus stop outside with frequent services to the city centre. Can't wait for an...

Such a lovely welcome, so very friendly and helpful. Room was very tasteful but also extremely comfortable. Food just brilliant. Not being a big eater asked for small scrambled eggs and mushrooms and that is exactly what I got but with the young lady saying ... if you would like more please just say. Would absolutely stay again.

Room was in a side block, very old building with beams in the room. Reasonable size room with desk. Bathroom looks recently overhauled strangely with very modern fittings a large walk in shower with great power shower, a glass bowl sink, good luck trying to get the tap not to drip with the joystick tap! Bar only serves bottled beer...

Stayed 1 night at this charming hotel whilst visiting friends in the area. On arrival we've been greeted and shown to our room by a young man at the reception who also helped us with our luggage. The room was well equipped with a lovely décor, comfortable bed and high pressure shower. The hotel is located just outside of Bristol...
