Stayed in appartment 36 for 1 night which was cold and stank of cigarette smoke although it was a non smoking appartment! The appartment was dated in places with large marks on the lounge floor and dust on the kitchen table. The hot water policy is a bit strange, thankfully we had enough for a quick shower but if it...

Dear David, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I am really sorry that you encountered some issues during your stay. We have checked the apartment you stayed in and the heating works well, there were no issues. I am sorry that the apartment smelled of cigarettes, even if we advised that our apartments are non smoking,...

We booked our stay here as we have a 2 mth old son and the self-catering option is the way to go. Had no trouble booking a car park two week before our stay. The girl at reception was very friendly and efficient. First impressions of the room (number 30 on the 2nd floor - yes the lift was working...

Dear Guests, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I am pleased that you enjoyed staying with us and that you would recommend our apartments. We took on board your comments regarding the squeaky floors and the sagging mattress and I would like to advise that now both had been replaced and that we've got a maintenance...

We booked here as we wanted a central location and self catering. In this respect the apartment fitted the bill. First impressions were not good however, several large groups of women smoking and drinking outside (presumably hen parties) and a rather disinterested receptionist. Apartment itself was spacious, though clearly some of fixtures and fittings had seen better days - serious...

Whilst the apartments are very large and pleasant to stay in, certain members of staff leave a lot to be desired. We had some problems with checking in mainly due to the fact that we were arriving late. We specifically informed them of this and requested what needed to be done and we were assured that the keys shall be...

Dear Guest, I was sorry to read the review you have written regarding your stay. I also apologise for the service received and assure you this wasn't to our usual level. As many providers do these days we do only take payment on the day or upon arrival. Along with the discretionary deposit this way of operating helps us safeguard...

Although the apartment had a lot going for it we had major difficulties due to the lift. When on the 3rd floor with multiple suit cases a working lift is important for most people and essential for elderly. We stayed 2 nights and tried to use the lift on 6 occasions only to find it did not respond on 3...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at our apartments. I was sorry to hear your stay was affected by the lift issue. Unfortunately it took several visits to site from the provider to fully fix this issue. The lift is fully operational again although i apologise for it having had an impact on your...

I have stayed at Premier Apartments Bristol many times of the past 6 years. You are not booking a room at the Dorchester or The Savoy... what you are getting is a functional, comfortable, well located apartment in central Bristol. Rooms are not plush and elegantly furnished but neither are they uncomfortable. The kitchens are well stocked so you can...
