Great location with great surroundings. 20 mins to city centre on foot. Very simple check-in process with friendly staff on the check-in desk. Very clean room. Basic but cosy. Good maid service. Nice little bar in reception area for pre-dinner drinks. Great shower too! Had a very comfortable 2 night stay! Would recommend this hotel as I have stay there...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night over the bank holiday weekend. Even though it was bank holiday I didn't anticipate how noisy the room would be! You could hear music and people partying until 2 in the morning. I had to put tissue in my ears to sleep! It was clean and had all you needed but...

This wasn't what I would call a 5 star hotel, but that's not what I paid for. Room was clean & tidy, bathroom was clean & everything was functional. Staff were friendly, if a little understaffed at times. Breakfast was okay Great location also!

Stayed on business for 2 nights. A very casual feel from check in ( no reception) to breakfast in the bar/restaurant and bathroom pod. Nothing wrong with any of it but felt a bit odd maybe more for the younger generation. No frills but in a great location. Car parking discounted at nearby millennium Also on the plus side the...

... I thought I had booked into the Temple Meads one! Thank god for satnav!! Good location this one, with lots of pretty people and some good bars and eateries on the door step. Handy parking. 'Reception' was a bit disorganised, but was fairly easy check in. Comfortable room, and handy for town. I'll be back.

You park in the Millenium Square car park just opposite the Hotel which is central to all attractions. The hotel and staff are all ok and all in all the stay is good value for money. I would return here.

I have stayed at this hotel probably in excess of 10 times. But never again. It has really gone down hill. No reception desk just a phone to check in? I had a long drive and on arrival was told someone had already checked into my room. On investigation no one was in there but unnecessary faffing about. No apology,...

Stayed here recently for a stag (16 lads ).Hotel is in good location with a few bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were excellent , very friendly and helpful. The bar is very small but nice. Rooms are spotless and ideal for our type of trip . It would also be ideal for business or families and I'd recommend it...
