Hotel was in perfect location for us as we were visiting a food festival 100yrds away. Reception was efficient, room was clean, bathroom was a cabin style which was fine, shower was hot and powerful. TV and coffee making facilities in room. The only issue was the breakfast...mushrooms tasted of water, scrambled egg was cold and tasteless, bacon as greasy....

Really well located in the centre of Bristol. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was basic but spotlessly clean. Two single beds were quite narrow, but very comfortable. Buffet breakfast included was more than adequate. Would recommend if your looking for somewhere cheap and comfortable to sleep and shower while visiting Bristol.

I stay in hotels 4 nights a week on business, usually Premier Inns, Hol Inns, Travelodges, so I know what to expect of a budget hotel. I have never stayed in Ibis until last Friday - I found the hotel to be very clean, and well staffed with helpful receptionists who were able to direct me to a cash machine,...

Location is quite good but staff is horrible. Housekeeping kept on taking our towels whereas we hung them up to make sure they wouldnt be taken. Next thing was that when our towels were replaced they only put back on. Therefore, I called the reception and asked for an extra towel. After 45 minutes I went down to the reception...
