I was greeted by two lovely staff on reception. Check in was easy. My room was standard, but comfortable. Had everything I needed as I wasn't going to be spending much time at the hotel. Facilities as expected. Clean and Quiet. Perfect for a good nights sleep.

I have stayed in Premier Inn High Wycombe Beaconsfield for over 3 weeks, I found my room very clean and cozy, it was an accessible room and the closeness to reception and staff on hand made me feel secure but the main thing that made my stay feel great was the friendliness of the staff and the great service they provided .

I want to mention some people who have helped me during my stay .

Steve who was on the evening shifts, he helped me with anything that I needed and nothing was too much trouble, I just had to pull my cord in my room because I cannot walk unaided , I felt very safe and secure when he was on shift and I could see he knew every aspect of running this large hotel. I encountered Steve the most as he was on shift the majority of my stay in evenings

Mariana in the morning shifts was very helpful too with anything I needed , helping me purchase food and recommendations in the restaurant when I was new to here

Courtney in the restaurant went above and beyond also, she was very helpful to me

I really recommend this hotel to anyone , the staff are like a family unit and this really shows to the guests, I thoroughly enjoyed my food that was provided by the adjoining Brewers Fayre too

Housekeeping staff were all lovely and I noticed the hotel was immaculate and to a very high standard

We stayed one night at this Premier Inn while visiting in the area. It was the hottest day of the year so the chap on reception gave us a room in the basement where it was cooler. We also had a large and silent fan in the room which was a life saver.

The room was clean and comfortable, there were signs throughout asking us to wear masks and we saw several people cleaning while we were there.

Good value.

We have stayed at high Wycombe premier Inn many times, but this is my first complaint and utterly disappointed in the outcome.
We booked a family room, and this was confirmed by the staff when booking, on arrival we were informed that the room that we booked was not available and was given a smaller room.
As the web site mentions all rooms are guaranteed cleaned to covid 19 standards.
he safety and wellbeing of our guests and team members has always been incredibly important to us. Everyone expects a clean and safe environment when visiting our hotels – and rightly so! COVID-19 really underlined the need for top hygiene standards, which is why we launched Premier Inn CleanProtect, our rigorous, daily cleaning regime that’s used throughout our UK & Ireland hotels. With this in mind, we’ve changed our check-in time to 3pm, just to make sure that we have enough time to deep clean our rooms and make them perfect for your stay.

Developed in partnership with Diversey, a global leading cleaning and hygiene product supplier for the healthcare and hospitality industries, our promise seeks to give you extra peace of mind so you can book and stay with confidence.
The room was dusty, carpet dirty, broken toilet seat and stains on the walls, but the worse was still to come.
After checking the bedding, we found hair’s on the bed, under the duvet and sheets stained, with this the manger was called, he apologised and offered us a smaller room but advised us it would be cramped in there due to us being a family of 4.
He offered us new bedding and cleaning equipment, but we would have to do it ourselves due to no staff to do it, this we did but was given a dirty stained covers and duvet. He again apologised and got and checked them himself, once the mattress protector was taken off we found a used ear bud on the mattress.
Due to the fact we paid cash for our break we couldn’t get a refund there and then but would have to use the feedback form from the web site, and could we also send him the pictures so he can put his feedback in with ours, this we did.
After sending the pictures and using the form no contact from premier inn for 6 weeks in this time my wife contacted them through Facebook PM where it seemed another complaint had gone in, tried over 30 times to speak somebody but all to no avail.
After 12 weeks was informed, we would be receiving a cheque for £40, I did question whether were also getting a refund for at least 1 off the nights. No reply
I have now been informed they have declined the £40 offer due to fact somebody else booked the room who wasn’t actually staying with us (even thou I paid for it myself).
Won’t be using Premier Inn again The cleaning Promise and Guaranteed sleep is all lies and attitude is terrible.

Response from Whitbread Hotels and Restaurants, Other at Premier Inn High Wycombe / Beaconsfield Hotel
Responded 11 May 2022
Hi, Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry that you were left disappointed by the cleanliness standards in your room on arrival. This certainly isn't the experience we would expect for you. The safety and wellbeing of our guests and teams has always been incredibly important to us and everyone in our hotels should rightly expect a safe, clean and protected environment. The Coronavirus crisis has brought this into sharp focus, which is why we have launched a new rigorous, daily cleaning regime across all our hotels. We apologise you found your room to not be up to the high standard we would expect. We have ensured this feedback has been logged to the Hotel Management team so that they can look into these issues with our Housekeeping teams to prevent this experience from being repeated again in the future. Thank you for taking the time to contact us and we hope we can welcome you for a more enjoyable stay in the future. Kind regards, James

This is our 4th visit to the hotel. As usual, a very warm and friendly welcome by check in staff and everyone we encountered was courteous and polite.

Can we give a shoutout to Steve? I believe , the receptionist on duty in the evening, he helped us with directions to Coombe Hill and even looked up train times and prices for us. Very kind gentleman.

Our room was in the top building which we always ask for , the windows are so thick you cannot hear a thing!!!

We did not use any of the pub facilities this time as were eating out
The hotel is close to 2 towns, High Wycombe and Beaconsfield (hence the name)
which features many restaurants ,

Hopefully we will be back in Summer. We always love it here .

The room was at its usual great Premier Inn standards. My only gripe was the bathroom fan (Room 108) was very loud when switching on the lights, with no way of switching off the fan separately. I was looking forward to a peaceful soak in the bath. Easy parking and checking in on arrival. The only meal I had here was breakfast and this was wonderful. Great choice and so much to eat if you're hungry! I do plan to stay at this Premier Inn again very soon due to the location of my business trip. If you don't choose to eat at the attached Brewers Fayre, and only want a 'cheaper' snack, Tesco superstore is only a 10 minute walk from here.

I rang after booking on line and Rachel booked me a room with shower only as I have difficulty using a bath. On arrival I had a room with shower over bath. For some reason Rachel's note on my booking had been ignored and my room reallocated. Rachel kindly supplied a (brand new) bathmat but showering in the morning was not an altogether pleasant experience. The room was as good as you normally expect from Premier Inn, clean, spacious, everything you could want re lighting, mirrors, hair dryer etc. The water in the bathroom was lovely and hot as was the water from the shower. Booking breakfast and dinner was easy done at Reception. Good choice of meals for dinner and items for breakfast, it's great to be served rather than having to fight with automated machines. The room was also nice and dark, good heavy curtains, and quiet. It was also nice to be in the main building where reception is rather than having to walk uphill round the corner to the 300 and 400 numbered rooms. You can also take a lift from reception which is a great option

Fairly impressive for a Premier Inn. Our main gripe was arriving in the room to find the heating on full blast, the windows open and a card asking us about the arrival temperature. All rather contradictory.

TV channel choice was impressive and wifi reasonable given the generally low standards in UK hotels. Hot water was plentiful and it was lovely to have a bath in a family room at this price point.

Sadly I didn't get the name of the lady running the restaurant for breakfast but I wish that I had. She was an absolute asset to the brand demonstrating absolutely excellent allergy awareness to really make our son (complex allergy issues) super welcome.

Overally this was good value for money, it's nothing incredible because it's a Premier Inn but the lady at breakfast made our son feel special.

Stayed here twice in a week both sides of a break and took the opportunity to visit family. Rooms were clean, we asked for a quiet room with a walk in shower if possible and were pleased to get the same very good room on each occasion. 117.

The 2nd time we stayed we tried to use the internet and when I queried the poor response on the basic Wi-fi at reception. I was told it can be very spasmodic so paid the £5 for faster Wi-fi. We went for dinner in the attached restaurant and both chose the steak & doom bar pie which were very tasty and exceptionally filling. We then returned to our room with the intention of watching a film on a laptop whilst in bed. Unfortunately the Wi-fi was no better. £5 wasted and as we’d already got into bed, didn’t want to go back to reception and ring for it to be attended.

We pre-booked and checked in online. We arrived and was greeted by a friendly staff member who arranged our key for us with the option of 2 if we required. Room was very clean and comfortable and looked the same as that pictured for this Inn. Parking is on site. You can get free wi-fi but have the option to pay for a faster service. Food is served at the Brewers Fayre which is optional and literally just outside the front door. The Inn is centrally situated in the area and priced very reasonably. Highly recommended.

Two miles from High Wycombe or better to go to Beaconsfield where it is easier and cheaper to park if you have your own car.
