Detailed Reviews
Our hosts were extremely welcoming and had all Covid arrangements carefully in place. Our room was very, quiet, smart, elegant and spacious with lots of thoughtful extras. There was a wide variety of top quality self service food available for breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. The property has ample off road parking, is on the bus route to the centre of Cambridge and has pubs and convenience stores close by. A very enjoyable stay.

My husband and I stayed here yesterday for the night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was immaculate, had everything we needed if not more and really beautiful, it was so much nicer than my bedroom at home. There was not 1 thing I could fault.
We both slept very well, very quiet considering it was a Sat night and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was lovely and hot. We were greeted by the owners in the morning for breakfast who were both very lovely, chatty and kind.
The breakfast was delicious. The BB is a 30 mins walk into the city centre.
My husband has stayed at many BB due to his job and he said this is by far the best he has stayed in. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return next year. As your BB is so beautiful and the standards are so high I personally feel the rates you charge are too cheap. Thankyou both for a lovely stay it really made our weekend special.

A lovely stay in a lovely part of Cambridge. We did an overnight stay as a late Valentine's. Called beforehand, spoke to Enzo & he allowed us to arrive long before check in so we could explore Cambridge. We also confirmed our breakfast choices (cooked breakfast & a vegan cooked). Also provided are fruit, yogurt, croissants & cereals. The coffee is also very nice. The rooms are quiet & you can get a good sleep. Bed was comfy, shower was hot, couldn't fault anything. Enzo & Dina are fabulous hosts, so attentive & friendly. The location was good for us, Google maps says 40 min walk to Cambridge city centre, it felt like 20. Definitely recommend staying here :)

We received a warm welcome from Enzo and his wife during our recent stay in Cambridge at this efficiently and well run guest house. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel at home. We had room 3, which is a ground floor room at the front of the house, with a nice ensuite with a decent (powerful!) shower and all soaps, etc provided. Comfy bed, nice decor throughout the house and clean and homely. Good choice of breakfast, with the usual cereals, fresh fruit salad, yoghurts, brioche type rolls, toast, etc and a full English cooked one if wanted. Tea, orange juice and freshly brewed coffee made. Parking for about 6 cars, which was fine for us but it could be possible to get blocked in if someone arrives and blocks the right hand side of the drive. On a main road, so you can hear the traffic, although not intrusive. Easy 25 minute walk to the main centre and the colleges, or a bus goes past regularly. We did get a bit of disturbance from the room directly above us but again, they didn't stay longer than 1 night, so that was fine for us. Reasonable charge for the time we were there, so all in all a good find.

+1
We had a lovely stay at the Cambridge Guesthouse last weekend. The rooms were well furnished and very clean.
We were in a double room which had an en suite. This was reached via a twin bedded room. This was ideal for our family.
The owner, Dina, was very friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful time in Cambridge. Breakfast was lovely with lots of different options available.
There is a bus stop very nearby and there is a regular service to the city. We used this on the day we arrived, but on the next day we walked in. The walk in to the city is 30 minutes (as we were in no rush) but it could have been done more quickly.
Would definitely highly recommend and stay again if we were to visit Cambridge.

The rooms were so well appointed with everything you could think of. The rooms were very clean and comfortable so made for a relaxing break. The location is very close to Cambridge city centre. I would have no hesitation in recommending here and would happily stay here again if visiting the area.

We stayed for one night as a family and booked this after looking at the positive reviews. Host was very helpful, and chatty, offering taxi numbers and directions in to centre of Cambridge. The free parking is a bonus. Previous reviews mention the great breakfast which as a result of Covid was limited to self service cold options. Room was spotless with en-suite facilities.

Checking in is totally impersonal - you have to do this via phone and let yourself in.
The room was tiny and was barely big enough for one person. The TV screen was the smallest I have ever seen.
The toilet / shower room was very badly lit and there was no door between it and the bedroom.
I had to move the bed to plug in the bedside light and the kettle.
There was no room to store my suitcase.
Breakfast was OK but nothing special
