Just a overnight stay here, we were asked to check in at the sister hotel up the road about two hundred yards as the reception at Ashley was not manned. We had a family room (15) which consisted of 3 single beds a toilet and a bathroom. The decor was very dated swags and tails with matching bedding, very 80's... More

I'm hesitant to call this place a hotel as physically it is just a three-story multi-tenant house, and you don't see any hotel staff around except in the morning when they come to serve excellent breakfast in the basement and do housekeeping. My family did enjoy the feeling of a home away from home (no cooking facility). The two rooms... More

Oh dear! You arrive at the Ashley Hotel with a big bag, the taxi drives off and then you see there is a sign on the door saying you have to check in at the Arundel Hotel which is a 7 minute walk down the road. Luckily, while I waited for the Arundel Reception to answer the intercom, the door... More

We stayed in room 3, although the room was quite small it was very comfortable and exactly what we needed. Check in was not problematic, on our booking confirmation it stated that we needed to collect our keys from Arundal Hotel, which we did. The staff were very helpful and have answered various questions during our stay. The building is... More

As with other reviews, there was no one available upon check-in and I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to answer the buzzer (which was directed to another hotel) and let me after a long day of travelling. The room was very hot and stuffy and the Wi-Fi didn't work but everything was very clean and breakfast was nice.

This is a annex to Arundel Hotel that lies 6-700 meters away. You have to check in at Arundel hotel and then go to Ashley. There is no personal at all except at breakfasttime so you are by yourself. Good parking facilities in the backyard . No. 6 is a big room , our in no. 9 was small, both... More

Check in although at the "sister hotel" down the road was quick and efficient and the staff went out of their way to give you a good service. Our room was large clean and comfortable, there was no noise at all, there was toiletries and tea, coffee and biscuits. we were very pleased. Breakfast was cooked fresh and there was... More

There was nobody at reception but I paged them from the front door and the manager said he'd be there in five minutes - which he was. I've waited far longer to check into chain hotels (even with status), so no complaints. My room (17) was at the top, large and comfortable. There is no lift, which doesn't bother me... More
