Stayed one night .. room basic, very small, but cleanish (could do with a bit of tlc) Had evening meal - steak which was very nice. Breakfast was disgusting.. undercooked .. and table was dirty and sticky. Could not eat any of it. Staff friendly and very hardworking. Definately overpriced for what it is. Would not stay again.

We eat here regularly every couple of weeks. To be honest we eat off the cheaper menu in evening so you get something for £5-£6 which is great value. Today part of our dinner was a couple of steaks probably a 7-8oz rump we have it done med/rare. On the last visit we had noticed that they were a bit...

We were a party of two couples and an our elderly mother. Our rooms were on the first and second floors of the main building (other hotel rooms seemed to be on the ground floor in the rear courtyard-cum-car park - the car park is only small and so getting a space is on a first-come first-served basis). The hotel...

A warm welcome, as we arrived prior too the availability of the room. we spent time in the town itself. It is somewhere we had not been before. Our large superior room, on the first floor was large - with a bath and separate shower cubicle. Also had a four poster bed and sofa. Radiators warmed the room on arrival,...

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was good and prices reasonable. Our room was fine , in the courtyard but not a problem. Bathroom excellent, very modern. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location for everything. We were able to park in the car park outside our room so very convenient.

An Old Coaching Inn brought up to 21st century tavern standards. A warm, informative welcome awaited us as we arrived mid afternoon for a night in Ely, somewhere we had not been before but often seen its towering cathedral from the train on our journeys elsewhere. Our large well appointed room (one of their super range) on the first floor...

I booked this place for 3 days as i was on business locally and it was convenient for the town to have a stroll around. The hotel is situated in the centre and is ideal for visiting the local Cathedral and other places of interest. The town is very pleasant with plenty of places to eat. The staff, pub and...

Stayed just one night in this old coaching tavern. It is right in the middle of Ely and has a small private car park at the back where we were able to park our car. We were impressed at the decor of the hotel, clean carpets throughout and the bedroom was also in an excellent state, comfortable beds and very...
