I was worried about staying here after reading the reviews when i came to stay for 1 night with a Hen Party. On arrival the staff were friendly and polite, decor was dated but for a cheap night away it wasn't too bad. The room was a decent size for 4 of us and bedding was clean. Beds were comfortable...

Very small room, bed wasn't changed as we found black hairs, toilet wasn't cleaned and was like something out of a caravan! The water was cloudy,so wasn't safe to drink and or make a brew. Website says free parking, upon arrival was told to use the car park down the road, which cost £6.50. Don't believe the pictures you see on the website,it's not...

So after reading so many bad reviews on the hotel we were slightly sceptical about our stay. However on arrival we were greeted by 2 pleasant gentlemen, our room was clean, the bed was comfy everything you would expect from a budget hotel. Very easy to find and parking on the train station just across the road was ample. The...

Myself and my ten year old son stayed here during half term. It's true the corridors need a lick of paint but our room was warm and comfortable and clean. Yes the bathroom was on the small side but this was the cheapest hotel option in Chester. It's close to the train station and they looked after our bags at...

Stayed for one night as a family of four (four year old and a three week year old) and whilst the receptionist was a friendly man, that was the only positive of the stay. We had medicine for our youngest that required to be in a fridge and whilst it was our own fault for not calling ahead (we'd actually...

The receptions was polite explained everything we had clean warm tools delivered to our room. The other downfall was our room was...
