We wanted to stay overnight somewhere close to Cheshire Oakes and this hotel had outstanding reviews,we were not disappointed, this hotel is excellent all round. Tracey and jerry were brilliant hosts. Lovely touches with a filled fridge etc of wine and chocolates. The bedroom was lovely with a great bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely go again!...

what an amazing place! It was just like being welcomed into a friend's house. The room was super and very comfortable, the breakfast amazing. the house is very convenient for Chester and the surrounding areas. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and BnBs - this is honestly the best one ever.

We were looking for a 1 night stay in a nice B&B and as we had never been to Chester i went on to tripadvisor and read the reviews about Roseville, so booked straightaway. I have to say that when we arrived we got a lovely welcome from Tracey who brought us into the conservatory and gave us coffee and...

Arrived at Tracey and Jerry's beautiful home to be offered tea and cake in their lovely light and bright conservatory. We could see immediately that everything was kept to a very high standard. Even though they have a dog the house was immaculate and fresh. Their garden is beautiful and available for guests to sit in. Our good sized room...

I could write lots about Roseville but I'll keep it short. We stayed 13th June for the races with a another couple. From first being greeted to saying our goodbyes Tracy & Jerry could not have been more hospitable. The room and decor throughout this beautiful house and garden is absolutely top notch. Full of little details and finished to...

After inviting my friends to a day at the races, I wanted to ensure they were going to stay somewhere decent and thus began a lot of research on Tripadvisor. My rationale was why pay £200 plus per night to stay in the heart of Chester, when you can stay just...

This was our third visit to Roseville B&B, Tracey and Jerry are perfect hosts and continue to maintain the 5 rosette standard they rightly deserve. It's the little extras and attention to detail that makes this B&B stand out from all the others. Yes it is just outside Chester but there's no inconvenience here as there are Park and Rides...

We stayed for one night in January. We had a very warm welcome, complete with tea, 'proper' coffee & some yummy carrot cake! The room was very comfortable & had everything we needed. Breakfast was gorgeous - lots of fresh local produce used. All in all, we would definitely recommend it and will be back again!!
