We booked here looking for a central hotel to stay in while we attended a wedding near by. Really wish I had thought to book somewhere earlier as we were not left with a lot of choice 😔. I would like to say that the lady I dealt with when we arrived was wonderful, really polite and helpful, and she...

Complimentary toiletries were half used bottles, possibly that other guests had left??. On the plus...

We stayed for 1 night, and I can honestly say it is the worst place we have ever stayed in! Filthy, mouldy bathroom, windows that didn't open, dirt and dust everywhere, couldn't get out quick enough in the morning. still having nightmares about this place!

accommodation itself was fine, although a little dated, the sign on entering said check in and chill out, unfortunately they forgot to mention the disco they had booked for that night. I have never in my 48 years on this planet heard such a volume of noise created by this dj . the vibrations alone must have cause tsunamis on...

I stayed here on the way home from a camping holiday in Anglesey. I love Chester and was pleased to find that this hotel was a 2 min walk from the centre shops, pubs and eating places. From a single female view Chester is safe to walk around and the area the pub in fine too. On arrival it was...

We stayed for one night and were shocked on entering room. My husband pulled backed duvet to reveal the previous guests hairs in bed, stains, crumbs. So not clean sheets disgusting. Crumbs all over floor, previous guests receipts on unit, bit rubbish in bin, old water drinking bottle thrown and left at side of bed. We went straight out! Didn't...
