Paid £56 and £7.50 for breakfast on top for single person and 2 year old. We were visiting santas reindeer lodge the xmas market and the aquarium. This was the cheapest hotel near to Chester. Easy to find, receptionist happy cheerful chatty, place was warm clean modern. Plenty of parking which was free. We had a standard double room, lamp...

Biggest problem with this hotel is the restaurant. There are no vegetables on the menu.Everything is microwave or deep fat fried. They have SMOOTH FM blasting out across the room . It's like eating in a discotheque. Terrible food even worse ambience.

Over here for 4. Days room beds are hard as a brick had to request to be moved 1st night due to RATS running about the side of the hotel. As I could see them from my window. Moved me to the top floor. Them when leaving demanded £50 as a fine for smoking in the room. ( with no...

You'll see a lot of negative reviews for this hotel but they are very harsh and unfounded. Yes, it isn't a swanky high class 5 star Mayfair affair, but it's very well kept, clean and the staff are great. Stayed here for 5 days due to the fact the wife and I were training down the road in Sandycroft. It's...

Wonderful staff who couldn't be more warm and helpful. A properly pet-friendly hotel, in a good location with easy access to Chester centre. Good breakfast selection, and good food in the restaurant, fairly priced. Good bathroom/sower. My only complaints are that the room was noisy with water pouring loudly out of pipes outside and a pump of some sort heaving...

The staff are very friendly, rooms are nice and spacious, and there is free access to a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean with powerful showers. However, I feel there could be more choice for continental breakfast like croissants, and unfortunately even if your window is closed you can still hear the traffic...

My partner and I booked this hotel through a murder mystery package at a very cheap price. Having travelled around 1 hour 45 minutes, we were greeted by very polite and friendly staff. When we arrived to our room the window wouldn't shut, but to be fair to the staff they fixed it straight away. The room was standard, nothing...
