Had lunch here after a morning shopping in Chester. It's a long time since we last visited and I was pleased to see that nothing had changed. Nice cosy place for lunch and the menu is small but perfect home cooked food ( no chips)....More

Fantastic place to get a great beer and a good feed. The pub is almost a museum .... well with a visit. Just a short step from the wall and near the amphitheater. Not a place go if you like fizzy lager !

This little pub came recommended by a guy in Debenhams. So we went and found this little place themed on wwII. Real ale, we stayed and had food, good ole bangers, mash, veg and gravy - lovely, worth a visit if you can find it!
