I stayed as a guest for an extended period with Tessa and her team. I have nothing but positive feedback and will be straight back to them should the need arise to stay in Falmouth any time in the future.

Stayed here for just over six weeks with work was made to feel very welcome and was well looked after .Room was good , breakfast was good and would thoroughly recommend for either a short or long term stay.

this little gem was a real surprise to us and far outweighed our expectations - without ever visiting Falmouth we did not know what to expect in the area - some properties down this street look a tad tired and derelict dont be put off by this - The Trelawney Guest House is fairly typical from the outside but tidy...

Stayed for a week in this small but homely guest house. The Owner Tessa could not do enough to make me welcome and the cooked breakfast was to die for. I was initially in a twin room, but was transferred to a double on my second night both the rooms were bright and meticulously decorated with an assortment of amenities...

visited for one night whilst setting up my daughter for university stayed in room no 3 a small/medium sized single room with desk, bed and en suite I couldn't have met a nicer and more helpful owner, tessa farthing. she was so kind and considerate and took a great deal of time talking to me about the area and helped...

Tessa was a wonderful hostess who provided valuable advice on where to go for meals & what to see locally. She also offered the use of some wet weather gear for my trip to Lands End on a very damp day. Booked this guest house on booking.com . The photos were nicer than the actual thing 😐 The location was good you could walk to the water front, we did not opt for the breakfast as it was £9.00 each. It could do with a good tidy up.

I'm a prospective student at Falmouth University, and recently had the pleasure to stay at the Trelawney Guest house whilst I checked the area out. We received a beyond warm welcome and all our rooms were lovely! The staff were really helpful in giving us the lowdown of what was happening in and around Falmouth and I'm definitely looking forward...

This place is not recommended. After being on a coach all day we arrived at this pre paid B and B to find no one there to meet us and nobody answered the door or telephone. Grounds were extremely untidy looking - one look was enough to put visitors off. We then had to find alternative accommodation at the lovely...

Individually cooked breakfast was a feature, great beds, brilliantly located with just a short walk to town centre, Tessa was fantastic in on posting a jacket we forgetfully left in a wardrobe, couldn't recommend it highly enough.
