We booked 16 Falmouth for a long overdue family holiday. We would certainly recommend you stay here, it is so comfortable and loads of space so easy to have quiet time if you wanted. Will certainly recommend 16 Falmouth and will be booking again in the future. Thank you Sharon for letting us use your home.

It's our last day at sixteen falmouth today and I honestly love the house! It's so warm and welcoming, the owners have really put in a lot of hard work into making it a home whilst being on holiday (if that makes sense), I really don't want to leave! The house is close by to the shops and restaurants (amanzi... More

Just finished our second stay at 16 Falmouth, and once again we were blown away by how delightful this house is. Sharon & Justin really put a lot of love and care into this house, and it shows, so well maintained and cared for, and the decor really is of a 5* standard. Every bedroom is superb, my fiancée and... We stayed here for a wedding last year and had a wonderful time. We were well looked after in this place, the room was well presented and comfortable. Like all places to staff it is the staff that make it special and we were treated well here. A few touches like a good breakfast put the icing on this accommodation... More

Absolutely fantastic cosy, warm, homely, spacious I loved it my family rented the whole house for a week and we couldn't be happier apart from the wifi was a bit slow but with so much to do it didn't matter. The owner Sharon thought of everything we could pick apples and blue berries from the garden .we could sit on the decking lounging... More

Wonderful place to stay when visiting Falmouth. We loved the hospitaily, the homemade cake I front of the wood burner. The rooms comfortable and beautifully decorated. Easy walk into town, near Falmouth's wonderful restaurants and a nice walk down the lane to Swanpool beach where they sell great ice-cream. Will definately stay again.

Our extended family stayed here for a wedding nearby. Yet again the welcome was warm and professional. The house is scrupulously clean, very comfortable and relaxing. Good quality toiletries, great breakfast and the work of local artists and students on the walls. Daily weather forecast chalked up on the board in the dining room. Tea and cake in the afternoon....
